Great stay at a brilliant rate

Had a two night stay in the Village Hotel Newcastle Clean room with good amenities Great breakfast included in the price Have already recommended to other family members and will be booking to stay again soon

Very good experience

Very good experience I want to thank Mark and his team in the bar as on leaving the premises recently I use the gym there I managed to lock my car keys in the car along with my wallet Whilst waiting for the AA to rescue me the bar staff being aware of my predicament fed and watered me until the keys were retrieved along with the wallet The short time I have been a member at The Village Hotel has been nothing short of a pleasure and would recommend membership to anyone looking to join a gym with great facilities and helpful friendly staff

Village Bromborough- a 5 star stay

I can not praise Village hotel Bromborough enough for a fantastic stay with my grandson at the weekend I brought my almost 3 year old grandson for a birthday treat and there was a surprise welcome birthday pack in the room which we shared that evening The staff were so kind and lovely with him and very attentive The service was amazing and the facilities exceptional We had breakfast and dinner and there was a good choice on the menu which catered very well for both adults and children We went swimming together and the pool was clean with good changing facilities I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and will be looking forward to a return visit soon

Basingstoke - Amazing staff

I spent a night in the Basingstoke hotel and will be staying in this hotel over all others in the area Room was comfortable and very clean Bathroom was spacious and very modern with soft lighting for the evening and nighttime The breakfast was delicious and not greasy alongside that the meat didn t taste cheap like it does in some hotels The on-site gym was brilliant and very clean and looked after However the top factor for me was the staff working there all friendly but I have to mention Zara who was absolutely amazing Went above and beyond and was just brilliant Alongside this when I saw her the next day she remembered lots of details from what we discussed and made extra effort to continue discussions and making me a valued customer All in all she deserves recognition but also the hotel is fab

Trying to book for this hotel was

Trying to book for this hotel was painful Apart from it being the worst ever web page unless you like flashing lights and the need to read rubbish There is no real info there specific to the Solihull hotel that I wanted to stay at I decided to look on Trustpilot for opinions and so many of those don t help either by not saying which hotel they booked into in the Village group This of course is not the hotels fault but the reviewers Anyway in the end I booked another hotel with far less fuss and beter reviews

I d like to thank all the staff and don the general manager at the village hotel buckley BwlchFor helping myself and wife out and going above and beyond I d also like to thank jess restaurant manager for going out of her way to help us out 5 stars we will definitely be going again food also brilliant

Village Hotel Swindon amazing hotel

Customer service went above and beyond made me feel comfortable going to ask for anything I needed The lounge area was very well kept You could sit and have a drink without too much noise or disturbances The breakfast was delicious a very good selection so something for everyone

I have just returned from the village

I have just returned from the village hotel Hyde Manchester spent from 17th to 19th November went to Motown night on 17th Friday Went with my friend we had a fantastic time everyone was so helpful friendly Staff bend backwards for you Room was spotless clean everything was perfect Rob the manager was so pleasant helpful Had a voucher problem he sorted immediately Thanks again to all the staff will be back have lovely swim in pool

Bournemouth manager and night staff are brilliant

Absolutely fantastic The managers brilliant so is the night staff at bournemouth I hope you see this They made my life so much easier having ms and allowing to vape out of sight and not harming anyone I ll be continuing using this company as there values are 10 10
