Not what I ordered

Ordered a T-shirt for my husband Shipped from China and received a jumper instead Images look good but he doesn t wear jumpers and I paid for a T-shirt So far tried to speak to customers service - No response from their contact us link and Their email on the confirmation email contact link is incorrect Just as it is below where is says send review to vintage Disappointing experience - ideas good but got it wrong and there s no after sales support

Awful customer service I wrote them multiple messages and they never replied to me once and my order was months ago now Would avoid them entirely

Don t waste your money

I was excited to order a tshirt for my husband and I couldn t wait to get it back to surprise him I received it and was highly disappointed It only used the face of the pictures that were sent not any body pictures like in all the videos I had seen And the placement of the selfies weren t good either It s basically a large sticker of poorly placed selfies ironed into a tshirt The idea is fun but the execution was very disappointing I wouldn t waste my money if you re thinking about purchasing this

I originally ordered an X large over a month ago I finally received shipping confirmation but it stated the shirt was a small I know for a fact I ordered x large They are refusing to do a return So I m stuck with a 40 small t shirt Don t recommend at all

I agree with majority of these posts shirt looks nothing like advertised Pics are thrown together with no thought of placement and only head shots even though I supplied a variation of full bodies i wanted included No background art just some stars poorly placed one looks like a nipple Thought it would be funny gag gif but will likely throw this iron on t-shirt my kids could have made The designers should ask if we are happy with their design before they post it Or allow us to create our own designs

SCAM stay away

I am placed an order for the wrong size Less than 30 seconds after the order was placed I reached out to customer service and asked to edit the size This was their response Our system is designed to expedite the processing of orders and unfortunately this means that once an order has entered the processing phase editing becomes challenging I did send your request and got a response that we can no longer edit this Literally ONE MINUTE after order was placed BS Do not use this company

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY I ordered a XL shirt for my husband but they sent a 2XL which is far too large for him When I attempted to resolve the issue with them they refused to correct their mistake and kept my money To add to my frustration they informed me that they went up a size Intentionally indicating that this was not an unintentional error but a deliberate action on their part

I NEVER write reviews but the customer service here is horrible I order a shirt for my boyfriend and obviously as a joke and when I went to check out it gave me a deal if I ordered another I would get it at a cheaper price so I click it thinking I could order a different shirt for someone else and customize it but instead it ordered two of the same exact shirts I tried to cancel the second shirt and reached out multiple times with no responses I mean cmon who the hell wants two of these shirts They are supposed to be funny not for everyday wear

Scam Company

I never write reviews but feel the need to warn people that this company is a scam They stole my money and I never received my order When I email them I get 3 separate emails saying someone will get back to me in 24-48 hours but they never do Don t waste your money
