We got lucky

We was lucky enough to get a flight on our first attempt which was great because it was our anniversary Mike and the crew where very friendly knowledgeable and hard working on our flight we had a very inquisitive young solo flyer who asked many questions and the crew were extremely patient and accommodating to his needs Getting involved with the set up and packing of the balloon was great fun and added to the day The flight was even better than expected lasted longer and it s so peaceful up there

Customer service is first rate I had difficulty in using my balloon experience - some weather cancellations - and personal circumstances meant I was moving abroad soon so the vouchers would have expired The Virgin team were very understanding to the situation and promptly helped arrange a refund in these circumstances Particular shout out to Lynn for helping

This was such a great experience

This was such a great experience My friend who accompanied me was scared of heights but went on to love the whole evening We were blessed with a glorious late summer evening and the whole crew were great Special thanks however are needed for our fantastic pilot Nobby for making us feel so utterly safe He was so informative and the whole experience is something I will never ever forget

Brilliant experience

Organisation on the day could not have been better The pilot knowledge and interaction was brilliant and set at a very good level so we could enjoy the flight fully Russ was friendly informative approachable and an excellent host

Dave and his team were incredible - they were very knowledgeable about ballooning and made us feel very safe The whole experience from setting up the balloon to the amazing flying and then to the bumpy landing was surreal Even packing up was brilliant- what an experience to have You only live once - do it

A wonderful experience which I ll remember forever Chris and the team were so professional and good fun I was very nervous and Chris and the team had a way about them that made me forget my nerves and I felt so safe This is a must do experience and cannot recommend it highly enough We thank you for a memorable day and have stunning photos to look back on

Chris our pilot and the ground crew Eddie and Mike were fantastic Made us feel at ease from the very first moment especially as I m normally a nervous flier Chris had excellent knowledge and guided us through the whole experience which was just magical Floating through the air is something everyone should experience Thankyou for a wonderful Sunday morning trip 15 09 2024- Vicky and Jason
