Surprisingly amazing customer service flights are good too

Their response time was supposedly 72 hours but I hear back after just 1 They promptly fixed the issue with my miles 9 times out of 10 dealing with airlines is a nightmare but this was great Thank you Luke Corbi from the customer centre

As always Virgin never let s down

First of all I really don t know why there are so many bad reviews to whoever I speak they agree that Virgin Atlantic has the best service and the most wonderful staff I live in London Now to my own experience I used to fly with cheaper airlines and I had to pay for hand luggage food drinks and seats if the hand luggage was 0 5kg heavier there was a problem So at the end of the day Virgin Atlantic is not only not that expensive but they give you a piece of mind that any cheaper airline would never give you Second the service is unparalleled Even the so-called nice airlines can t compete at all with Virgin Atlantic I had a full flight literally not 1 empty seat the aisles were full at all times and not 1 of the flight attendants complained or shouted they kept their patience and helped everyone with a smile even at the end of the flight there were 253 passengers on the flight and not 1 of them had any bad experience We had a group of around 150 people Thank you Virgin Atlantic I used you twice and will continue flying with you
