Lovely clothes and fast delivery

I did not send any returns but I was very happy with the quality and sizing of the products - perfect summer outfits Delivery was very quick as well for the items that were in stock Loving vitagrace styles Bought 4 times from their website

Do not order from them

Do not order from them This is the worst customer experience I have had in my life I m not sure how the company expects to survive this way I ordered a pair of shoes which caused serious bleeding and cuts after only wearing them for an hour After sharing the pictures with the brand they refused to refund Basically a scam selling you China quality products and making profits by not refunding

I ve ordered from Vita Grace before and the returns have always been to a a UK address so wouldn t have thought to read the returns policy when placing my recent order I had to return part of the order which cost approximately 23 with Royal Mail I have just read the returns policy and it says not to return by Royal Mail because it won t reach them in Dubai This was not highlighted to me when they sent the returns label so I am probably going to be 130 out of pocket Only order from this company if you re sure about the size and you love the item

Terrible returns policy

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from Vita Grace I ordered a dress which was too small tiny for an XS in my opinion I couldn t afford to return it via DHL Fedex as it was Christmas and they were quoting over 40 Paid for Royal Mail tracked delivery which was attempted twice but according to Vita Grace they are in a gated free zone - what ever that means and so can only receive goods from couriers how convenient Advertising your goods to a UK audience with a returns process that is too difficult and expensive for customers feels disingenuous to me I will never order from them again

Wow What a horrendous company Wish I d read these reviews before ordering Ordered a cardigan just shy of 100 made in China and terribly at that Refuse to let me return it for free despite the fact the shoulders are clearly faulty Quotes between 40- 60 to return back to Dubai Customer service about as helpful as a chocolate teapot Refusing to help in any way or allow me to return it when I get to Dubai next month Never ever order from this company They re a disgrace

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY Looks great beautiful clothes but I have never experienced such poor customer services and neglect for consumer rights in all my life I ordered the Dita Cardigan in 24th January and I am still waiting on it I asked for a refund and was refused and told the cardigan would be sent out 29th February of course to date still no cardigan I emailed again and I was informed it would be dispatched 12th March To date there was no correspondence from Vita Grace updating me as to where the item is I emailed them this morning and received an email back to say it s had a further delay until 20th March Reading from this and other review sites I ll be very surprised if I receive anything for the 105 these scammers have taken for a transaction they had no intention of seeing through It has been a lesson to me to never again buy from a new company before reading the reviews They are also based in UAE and not UK If you are considering purchasing from this company DONT DO IT

Very questionable complex returns policy that makes for a poor customer experience The company are trading fromDubai and UK customers are facing an almost impossible returns process with too many T s and C s which makes me question their brand Will not use again

BEWARE SCAMMERS Poor customer service No flexibility on extremely difficult returns policy The delivery package does NOT contain order details or a clear reminder that returns policy is only 7 days Deliberately misleading I placed an order and sizing was not correct for me I re-ordered different sizes However in meantime i exceed returns policy by 2 days and 2nd order delayed without any notice being provided at time of order by 5 weeks Vita Grace have refused my request to return 1st order I also now cannot cancel 2nd order despite it being 5 weeks late Beware the dont follow UK consumer rights as based in Dubai

Scam

Ordered two items from this company Read all the details and was aware that it was coming from over seas so expect the order to perhaps take slightly longer Sadly my order is yet to appear Apparently one of my dresses was a pre order and the dispatch date for this was constantly changing Customer service useless and will only reply periodically Have now had to dispute the order as fraud through my credit card company Clothes appear lovely on the website sadly it was all to good to be true
