ZERO CUSTOMER VALUE OR AFTER CARE

I have spent so much money over the years with Vita Grace and I love the quality of their clothes so much it is MY FAVOURITE BRAND However on the one occasion that I needed to send something back - I had a problem and they don t care and haven t tried to help me resolve the matter I posted my item back as soon as it arrived as it didn t fit I used the Royal Mail tracked and signed delivery service and it cost me 20 00 the next day the item was returned to me at my home address with a sticker that said the address was incorrect I messaged Vita Grace whose reply was sorry you have to send our items back by DHL or another similar service and cannot use Royal Mail and also you have now missed the return deadline so you must now keep the item I spend 100 per month with this company and am appalled that they would treat my custom like this when I spend so much money with their store This has left me feeling so undervalued as a good paying customer that I could cry It s a brand that I always tell my friends about and love so much I am so appalled that they could treat me like this ZERO CUSTOMER VALUE OR AFTER CARE

Absolute joke of a company

Absolute joke of a company Bought some items One of them was missing a button and the other two didn t fit well However I looked to return the items but the returns address is in Dubai And you can t use Royal Mail so it costs a bomb to return making it not worth my while Avoid at all costs

I ordered a number of pre-order

I ordered a number of pre-order items they are late which isn t a huge crime - it happens I contacted Customer Service to get an update Advise to VG - If YOU are late YOU should be letting YOUR customers know not the other way around The advisor updated me with a new dispatch date and apologized for the delay advised there would be a further delay Unfortunately It will be another 10 12 days for the items to arrive I will be on holiday so no longer require the items Please note the order will not dispatch for at least another week according to both VG Customer Service my own order tracking I requested the order be cancelled to avoid wasting any more time on all parts admin double handling unnecessary CO2 etc I ve been advised that despite the fact that the order hasn t and wont be dispatched for another week that it can t be cancelled This is a complete SCAM - in the hope that customers keep the items - to avoid costly returns So irritating terrible customer service to add insult to injury I will not be home if the order is delivered as I m on holiday so now have to waste more time advising neighbours to not accept deliveries in my absence I m away for more than 14 days which is their returns window - which they will no doubt hide behind SCAMMERS AVOID - THIS COMPANY DOES NOT DO THE RIGHT THING For clarity this is a real shame I ve had some nice bits from them over the years they are pricey and can confirm they are not an insta-scam in terms of product or product quality - items will be delivered buy you just need to swallow rubbish customer I use the term loosely policies issues with returns - even when proactive and even when the problem is caused by them Will never purchase from them again after this debacle

I am so disappointed in Vita Grace

I am so disappointed in Vita Grace I have ordered from there many times before and love the clothes I have however for my last purchase I was unaware of the move in address and the fact that I would have to return to UAE Shipping was so expensive it was almost not worth it Then it did not arrive on time and went missing and so I could only receive store credit I find the sizing hit and miss so often do need to return items order two sizes I won t be ordering from there again unless the returns policy changes so disappointed as it was one of my favourite brands

Costly shipping and returns

Really disappointed- have bought a few items from vita grace in the past All lovely excellent quality only to find that they ve changed their distribution Now items are sent and returned to Dubai I recently purchased a dress in my usual size which considering I m still the same size didn t fit Had already paid a lot to have it delivered and now 22 50 to send back - with no option to exchange either Such a shame as the quality used to be great Obviously it s a manufacturer change or something but wont be ordering from them anymore

Terrible and costly returns AVOID AVOID AVOID

Always loved this brand However my first return was going to cost 48 I m now stuck with a 106 purchase I won t wear Shipping returns are not clearly advertised on their website and it only is clear once you register a return Sadly will not be purchasing again from here

If I could give a zero I would I have purchased from Vitagrace before the quality of their clothes are beautiful Unfortunately on this occasion I ordered an outfit which took 8 weeks to despatch and then was the wrong size As per their website items needed to be returned via courier to Dubai I am based in Ireland and was quoted 100 to send the items back from two courier companies I relaid this information to Vitagrace with the simple request that they get a quote for me from DHL as they would have a better relationship rates than I would On two occasions they said no Unfortunately as much as I like their clothes there are a lot of beautiful clothes brands out there now with much better customer service so I will not be purchasing from Vitagrace again I also always recommended them to people but now I will 100 encourage people not to shop from them A shopping experience is not simply just about the items purchased its about the entire end to end customer experience and this is simply not good enough

beware expensive to return items

i ordered a dress from Vita Grace i had ordered from this company before and had no problems i emailed the company after my dress had taken longer to arrive they told me this was on preorder even though this was not stipulated when i placed the order for the dress when my dress arrived i wanted to return this and exchange for a different size i m going through the returns portal it states that the returns have to be sent to Dubai and this is at the cost of the customer not only that the customer also has to arrange the return themselves with a courier company not royal mail as they don t accept this this is going to cost me around 50 which makes it absolutely pointless i have returned an item to this company in the past and did this in the Uk therefore they must have movedif you are not certain you want to keep an item or unsure of sizing steer clear of this company
