DO NOT BUY from here They have terrible customer service Order wasn t sent out for a full month although it said the date it would be sent out was way sooner Then they wouldn t cancel it even though the delay was their fault and the order was not being sent out for weeks Also bad quality clothing Buying from the US means you have to send back on your expense id something doesn t fit which is so much given it s in Dubai

Bad service

I ordered a number of items and delivery was supposed to be 3 5 days None of the items i ordered where pre-order I chased customer service a couple of times for an update on delivery and heard nothing i finally received a response on the third time of chasing and still no dispatch I chased again to be told that my items had finally been sent I received them 3 weeks later and they had been ordered for a holiday The customer service lets them down as the items i ordered where actually really nice I then had to return two of the items and had to pay for the returns leaving me out of pocket Not the service i expect from a brand that is not cheap

DO NOT ORDER FROM THE UK OR EU The clothes are beautiful but BEWARE unless you are in Dubai you really can t return READ THE FINE PRINT FIRST You have to pay for shipping they only allow you to use Fed Ex or UPS not the post office You need to ship back to Dubai AND ON TOP they assess a 5 charge on top for return admin Which I actually believe violates EU and UK consumer law BUYER BEWARE

I think Vita Grace has a pretty decent

I think Vita Grace has a pretty decent quality merchandise and styles are great However their customers service is very poor I ordered multiple items and after waiting for over a month received a package with one of the items missing After not being able to resolve the issue with the customer service I had to file a dispute through PayPal Vita Grace does not return your emails in timely manner ignores your inquiries or in best case scenario writes you a basic response This is not the way to treat paying customers

A pre ordered dress

I pre ordered a dress from VG which I knew would take six weeks to dispatch I immediately realised I d ordered the wrong size my fault and contacted them within an hour of ordering to request a size change I was told this was not possible once an order is placed it cannot be altered Now the dress has arrived and to be fair it is beautiful amazing quality and package really nicely and thankfully actually fits me I wanted to leave a review though because I felt this was such an inflexible attitude this was a pre order that wasn t going to be stocked for weeks so why couldn t the size be changed when they were informed immediately Luckily I had a good outcome but having read other reviews about costly returns etc I m afraid I will be steering clear of this company Such a pity because their clothing is special but I just won t take the risk again

I have received my dress in one week I live in the Canary Islands Very fast delivery Very happy with my dress the only thing I don t like is the material is not so good Per 100 euros I waited for something with better quality

Honest experience

I saw these reviews on Trust Pilot and instantly panicked I d placed an order I hope this helps someone who is in that position This is a honest review and I genuinely purchased from their site I had the fancy cardigan in peach white and pink I ordered a cardigan the expected dispatch was only a couple of days away at the time of ordering I also had a discount code which the site gave me at the time of ordering I believe you can get this from a pop up which appears on the website The order dispatch date did come and go and I honestly thought the worse especially after some of the reviews I ve read across social media and on here I made contact via email to the email address on the webpage I also read here that instagram seems to be the best way to make contact so I also sent a message via this method I had a response back the same day via instagram I can t fault that they answered my question and I was a bit reassured However to the email I had back the email was completely different the person had written that the dispatch was the following week This would have made it 2 weeks past the expected The issue being on instagram they said it would be sent that week I went back to the instagram message and asked about it again I honestly can t fault vita Grace I had a response to every message I sent both via instagram and via emails I chased a response to only one of these messages they responded however They promised to send my parcel on the Friday and they kept that promise it also arrived the day after The item was packaged beautifully the item itself is in tact and is good quality I am not 100 sure it is worth the price but it s nice I can t comment on the wash as I haven t done this yet I realise some people have had issues but this is my honest review of them I don t know if I would order again from the site mainly as it s a bit to long a wait for me I gave them 4 stars as they responded to every message the item arrived and was beautiful I have removed one star as I had to chase the dispatch and the 2 messages were completely different to each other

Great but slow

My experiences with Vita Grace were absolutely great It took a while until I got my order but every item was beautifully wrapped in nice paper and in perfect condition Two items didn t fit so I had to send them back and I got my money back very quickly The only thing to complain about is the long waiting time to receive the order and the expensive return I had to pay 30 Euros to send the items back - from Germany to London That s why I give four stars and not five But I will definitely order again

I do love Vita Grace for the clothes

I do love Vita Grace for the clothes that is produced and one star less for a few reasons - Dispatch time can be slow Exchange system needs to be updated so once its registered for exchange that item s or size is reserved for you Too often the item s is sold out for the exchange and then you have to go through the whole process of signing up to the waist list Also more accurate sizing to be added to all the products available
