Very Disappointing

In response to Viticult s response to my first review and continued level of customer service Firstly that response from Viticult on this site is basically similar to the reply I eventually did receive a short while ago They did contact me initially in relation to my review This mattered deeply to them understandably so but it took quite a few instances of communication to get this answer All they were bothered about was my actual review Comments like if we sort your issue out will you edit your review Maybe that should of been the other way round surely As I said in my previous review the information given was reassuring However their customer service delivery is extremely poor and also unfriendly in manner They have been completely ignorant to the standard of customer service I have received right from the start it has certainly not been addressed in any communication They have not grasped the concept that if the customer service I have received had been satisfactory the review would not have been posted in the first place Very disappointing
