The order online had to be updated and changed all the time during the ordering process to say that what I chose was no longer available After I finally had the cart ready but needed some input from my gardener helper before submitting payment when I went to my cart in less than 24 hours later the cart was empty and I had to start all over even though I had created an account with you before preparing my cart Then after paying and setting the delivery day and time the delivery was very very late and I had to pay extra to my gardener for having to wait way beyond the delivery hours Then when they finally arrived a four plants were not delivered and they had to give me cash back What they brought was beautiful and my terrace planters bring me joy each day now Grazie
