Totally disappointed and unhappy with SVT
In as much as I would have given a better rating The kind of experience I had with the company is quite annoying My first accesor does nothing other than give us stories of how her holiday went she never responds to submitted units which slowed me down in completing my level 3 in adult care At some point I had to make some changes in my life and I was experiencing a difficult time I reached out to April to explain my situation and possible delay in completing my course she never responded only for me to be logged out of my course without notice in November and Phil claimed he has sent me a mail that I never received I had to pay extra 600 to be able to complete the course The most annoying part was the fact that I completed the course since February and I couldn t do my observation until May Totally unhappy and dissatisfied I won t be using SVT in the future neither will I allow anyone I know use them
