Rude manager

Been going since 2015 to get my Audi then Skoda serviced and repaired at Peterborough branch Always found the manager Ross a bit grumpy and not approachable but the work was always good so kept going last time I went he was extremely rude to me on the phone raising his voice to me and accusing me of things that weren t true I told him was very unhappy with how he talked to me and wanted to make a complaint He told me he was the manager and there was no one above him and I couldn t make a complaint about him won t be going there again

New Car

Bought a new Audi A3 from Quattro tech and the service was 5 Star was a completely honest guy and even gave me 4 new tyres purely just because the old ones didn t match Would recommend anyone who wanted to buy a car here or carry out any services

power steering fault

I used Quattro-Tech peterborough to fix an irritating and v intermittent power steering fault on my mother s old Fabia VRS A local garage had given up after charging for a new battery but Ross traced and rectified column sensor for a very good price First class all round

Great service from Ross and the guys and Quattro-Tech I urgently needed a new back box as mine was hanging off and these guys quoted instantly and managed to fit me in next day before the main dealer could even get back to me with a quote that was 25 higher This wasn t easy for them as it seems to be an OEM only part any many others were just unable to quote Will be using these guys again
