Matt and Scott were friendly and professional they re not in the slightest bit pushy we were able to look around the car alone and take it out for a drive We were offered a fair price for part exchange They work efficiently so we were able to take the car the same day So far we are really happy with our car and the warranty has given us extra peace of mind All in all a pain free experience Thank you Matt and Scott

Matt at Vortex was extremely helpful when buying my first car The process was quick and easy and I drove my car with in 4 days of seeing it online The car was beautifully clean and in perfect condition for me to drive away Everyone at vortex was very friendly I would recommend to anyone look to purchase a car especially if you don t know what you doing like me Matt was very helpful Thank you

The service I received from matt at vortex cars was excellent the car was ready for me to drive away as son as I got there he explained everything and completed all the paper work and set a direct debit for the tax and I was on my way home within half an hour of arriving at the showroom Flawless service from beginning to end Highly recommended

I cannot recommend the folks at Vortex Cars highly enough From start to finish my experience was extremely positive They are helpful when needed but allow you time and space to view the cars and reflect on your choices No hard sell whatsoever Communication excellent and again customer led The car was valeted ready for collection as agreed with all paperwork ready and well ordered I was given the time to talk through the car to ensure I was comfortable driving away I dealt mainly with Matt but all of the guys there were friendly and helpful I know absolutely nothing about cars which can be a bit daunting and sometimes intimidating but would confidently return here again Thank you Matt especially and all the team

Matt at Vortex Cars is just the kind of guy you want to sell you a car The service was amazing everything was smooth and an easy process there was no pressure at all anywhere throughout the whole experience They even let me go and inspect the car on my own without supervison for as long as I wanted to make sure I was happy with it before actually purchasing it Overall I would rate my experience 5 stars and will certainly be buying from them again
