The engineer was excellent clean tidy a very nice tidy installation all together bought the car on Tuesday and so glad to be able to fit us a charger in by Friday Ordering was a doddle the step by step on what was going to happen next was great Keep up the great work guys

Had a charger installed by waEV back in Feb The whole process was seamless with great communication and support from the waEV team I recently experienced an issue with the charger not charging - submitted the fault via the online form - within 20 mins the MD had contacted me with troubleshooting steps When further help was needed Joe called me himself - walked me through further steps and got everything sorted in a couple of hours The charger itself is great but its the team support and customer service that are second to none I find this level of support harder and harder to find these days but this team is outstanding Highly recommend if you are in the market for an EV Charger

Very efficient installation

Two very pleasant friendly and professional fitters They explained what they would do and checked we were happy with the proposed location of the charger before fitting it The work was a lot speedier than we expected and the power was only off for about 10 minutes

An excellent and swift experience From survey to installation in 4 days The survey requires pictures that help waEV to contact your DNO The charger then comes with 24hour tracked delivery and Garyn then arrived yesterday and spent no longer than 1 hour 30 minutes installing it Diolch Garyn for your perseverance and professionalism Product is robust and I like the size and shape of it The product is also able to work with all smart tariffs and in unison with the car The eV energy app even offers rewards which is an added perk Overall a great product a decent app and a swift experience all within a week and at a respectable price of 867 Chuffed with it

Great service I would highly recommend Communication was good from the start even now I know I can always contact them if I have any issues Installation was done by knowledgeable people who answered all questions asked I also love how I can control the charger via my phone app

Completely fuss-free from quote to install And all done in six days Credit must go to Elliot who responded to any queries I had in super-quick time Al the fitter was also great Fitted in just over two hours and a nice tidy job The iPhone app is simple to use and I love how you can choose the actual tariff you re on without having to input peak off-peak rates Highly recommended Excellent work guys

I would definitely recon waEV-charge for your EV chargers I had my charger installed in less than a week the engineers were amazing and so friendly The only thing that wasn t clear was that they bought the untethered charger with them Communication from the start was amazing thanks for such a good service
