This has renewed my motivation to get out and move I have two medium sized dogs who absolutely love to go out for walks They are at home all day while I work so they need to get out their pent up energy So now that I am tracking my progress I make sure I get out with them It is great for all three of us

I have just started my experience but so far I find that the warm-up and cool-downs are fun and easy to do The educational component is well done and the recipes are amazing

I am still pretty new to this program but so far I like it I appreciate the short video clips to help with the stretching exercises I am finishing up Day 4 and feel like I have more energy

I am recently widowed and walking is therapeutic for me and my dog Zoey we walk at least 4 times a day and it helps me focus and clear my mind

I am really jazzed about starting up walking again I feel like this plan is good for me because it is gradual buildup and I am not allowed to over do it I am VERY out of shape and need all the help I can get So far I m on day 3 and I m doing great The warmups and cool downs I will need to add more because I don t particularly like those
