The Power walk app is amazing It gave the reason and motivation to get back outdoors Starting at 15min per day I feel like I am getting stronger every day and helps me control mu breathing 5 Stars all the way

Walking My life plan to remain active

The plan includes warm up and cool down with video to ensure I am ready for my walk The walk is not a leisurely the walk plan breaks out the time to ensure my heart rate gradually increases peaks and then declines all the while maintaining the ability to communicate with my walking buddy I love it My joints love it I ve had Rheumatoid since my 20 s The ability to move has become a daily struggle as I have aged This Grandma is not ready to throw in the towel My family is worth the battle Thank you for providing a plan that fits my life and disease

Happy for the encouragement Easy to follow and was able to put on my phone with help from coach Gently increasing my walks and enjoying the nudge to get outside and clear all thoughts and just enjoy listening to nature Good for the soul and good for my body

I have just completed my first week

I have just completed my first week I have already lost 4 lbs the first 2 days was an adjustment with less calories Adjusting to portion control But you will adjust I feel better and with more energy I like the benchmarks with the exercises I wish there was an app that i could use with this program on my iphone for easier access Vs going on the webb Would make the program more accessable I look forward to next week

Signing up for the program has given me the motivation to walk everyday and sometimes I walk for over the recommended time for beginners By checking that I have done the warm up walk and cool down I feel an accomplishment and don t want to stop my streak of success in completing the exercise each day I am also mindful of what I eat more since I am reminded by the program of my intention to get healthier and lose weight
