All is fine until you try to cancel membership No answer when you email and the phone number on their website doesn t work You pay a 40 allegedly refundable deposit when you join but they just take your money Not professional Avoid

Worst run club I ve experienced as a parent
No organization after joining 3 out of 4 sessions were either cancelled without notice or times where changed We were not the only parents facing this issue and it was heartbreaking to see our daughter who is newly into gymnastics and very passionate Turn up to sessions that were not on when we were not told about it Very unfair on the children At the last session we went to we managed to catch the last hour as it started 3 hours earlier than we were told a few more parents turned up to a session that was unexpectedly not on The coaches remarked Ty needs a PA and We don t even know what times things will be on We were charged 55 at the first session in cash and repeatedly refused a refund despite only owing 15 for insurance - which we were then double charged when we signed up After cancelling and requesting a refund we had paid 240 for 2 sessions the business denied any wrongdoing refused a refund for the cancellations and the overcharging and we were told we would be charged for the next month due to cancellation terms It is crushing to watch your Daughter disappointed and feels close to extortion from a financial perspective

EDITED TO RESPOND TO UNFOUNDED ACCUSATIONS OR RACISM Original Review Terrible organisation poor quality teaching nasty little business I cancelled for my child after one term but was continually charged for a year 675 When I flagged this unlawful charge the business acknowledged the problem but did nothing I followed up a month later at which point my money was finally refunded and I received a nasty email having a go at me despite doing nothing wrong A horrible little business I wouldn t want my kids anywhere near The team are arrogant and incompetent Addendum In response to the WSG response below I am happy to confirm the amount was 675 I cancelled the contract Dec 22nd I continued to be charged see other review for similar problems until October 1st the following year When I brought the issue to the businesses attention on Oct 4th it was acknowledged and i was told it would be sorted Nothing happened no refund no correspondence I reiterated the mistake on Oct 27th at which point I was finally issued my refund So no It was not dealt with immediately During this process i also received abusive emails labelling me pathetic sickening lacking integrity and racist - all for pointing out I had been overcharged I have not been contacted by the police but would welcome their contact as the accusations of my racism the business have made are completely unfounded Again - see other reviews for how this company uses accusations of racism to try and get there customers to remove negative reviews
