What a horrible operation I ordered an outdoor pizza oven They delivered it to a house in Colorado I live in Nee York When I asked where my product was they said it was delivered I said yes to a home in Colorado They told me I would have mine the following Monday It never showed up I asked for a refund They refunded my money minus 25 I sent several emails telling them I wanted a full refund They will not answer me How do you charge a customer 25 when the error is on the company s end and the consumer receives nothing It is beyond frustrating and unethical

A waterproof ping-pong table that I ordered was actually not for outdoor use so before even removing it from the box I re-packaged it and attempted to contact the seller to return it by email by phone I left a voicemail in French and English and the second time I found the mailbox was full My emails have not been answered and I have no recourse a few hundred dollars lost and a useless giant box in my garage waiting to be returned It has been 8 days I hate to leave a bad review as it can ruin a business but this is not a proper business I will contact the Better Business Bureau

I ordered a ping pong table for outdoors and they sent me one for indoors only It warped after being in a shaded area outside for a few hours I have emailed customer service and called and the voicemail box is in french and full Nobody is returning my calls What a total waste of 249 Such crooks do not purchase anything from here

I ordered an indoor outdoor ping pong table Once I removed the contents of the box there were clear signs on it that it was indoor use only I tried to contact them multiple times with no answer It s now been a week with no answer This was a gift for my son and I do not have an indoor area for the table What a huge disappointment

This Co is a fxxking scam I ordered a 200 piece build a tent for my niece and nephew for xmas I finally got it today Via Amazon and it s a 150 piece set So they take people s money and buy a cheaper option from Amazon probably when it s on sale and have it sent to their customers pocketing the overcharged difference in price Fxxk these xxxholes

I cannot find out how to return a product which they claim is eligible for 28 days Since they are in Montreal and I am in Colorado I assume the shipping costs will be ridiculous I just tried phoning them but of course voicemail is full
