We purchased an 1100 Watt Eco IR heating panel with feet from Warm4Less on 13 November 2023 It was despatched to us by courier in good time and good order Shannon at Warm4Less kept us informed about progress of the order registering the panel timeously and essential advice about running the appliance Set up involving programming the supplied remote controller was straightforward - following instructions and downloadable manual on the Warm4Less website We have used a surge-protected mains socket for the plug and would recommend checking the remote controller is the version described in the on-line Eco IR Panel manual Ben Technical Support at Warm4Less has been really helpful Overall customer service has been excellent The panel is operating well - keeping our recently-insulated conservatory comfortable for use even on frosty mornings

Great customer service I had a question regarding the plug of the towel rail which needs to be cut off when installed in a bathroom I had read that the warranty would be effected I got a quick response from customer service assuring me if an electrician does the work it would not effect the warranty The towel rail looks smart and modern in my new en-suite bathroom I am very pleased with the product and am considering buying ceiling panels from warm4less for a garage conversion Great products and highly recommended

Initially the advice I received from the staff was first class and very helpful My panel arrived the next day perfect As I was in the middle of the building project where I was to install the panel it was only recently put up excellent job and you can feel the heat instantly Will be purchasing more to complete the project

Very helpful pre sale to assess the picture i wanted on a custom heating panel Professional and quick The panel is extremely good - I own the original oil paining and the reproduction is exceptional The panel is very easy to install and is highly effective heating a large open space The panel itself is very good value for money and a great alternative to traditional radiatorsI have no hesitation in recommending this company

Helpful and informative

Purchased 3 panels in June These weren t being installed until August On opening up the 3rd panel it was damaged These things happen but it is how the issue is dealt with I contacted Warm4less with pictures Nikola dealt brilliantly with the issue and within a couple of emails over 4 days confirmed it would be replaced Will not hesitate to purchase from Warm4less again when the need arises
