EDIT I have been fighting with this company to rightfully refund me for 3 weeks now They will steal from you if you let them They sent me the wrong item and wanted to refund me 3 for a 54 order I denied it and they haggled up to 10 Then they tried to get me to pay for return shipping and only promised to give me a PARTIAL refund on my order after they received the item I got my money back from Paypal but they still want me to pay to return it to them If the company does this to you talk to your bank or Paypal if you used them Make a claim and provide the facts to get your money back The sweatshirts look really cool That s about it The wind cuts right through them they re thin and they re not comfortable Buy a size up if you choose to do so but even so the material they use is not super comfortable Second of all do not order faster shipping When I did it took two days longer than my first order without faster shipping along with a 3 week long manufacturing delay that I was not informed of until I asked about my order Thirdly they sent me the wrong item and offered to refund me 3 on a 54 order Then they offered 32 and for me to pay for return shipping or a refund of 10 to keep the item Needless to say they do not take full responsibility for sending the wrong item Do not buy from OneMoreOutfit

If I could give this asian cheap site zero stars I would Sizes not even close to normal sizes Order was over a month for delivery Customer service is basically non existent And my order only came with 1 of 2 pieces Look elsewhere and spend your money because this site is not worth your time or money

This place is terrible I paid 25 for the expedited shipping over a month ago That option guaranteed that I would receive my item within 8 business days I complained to them since 2 weeks went by and my item still didn t ship Their response was that is a top seller and out of stock It s not my fault it was out of stock so refund my shipping at least They told me they would refund my shipping They never did I still never received my 60 hoodie If you try to live chat them it always says unavailable no matter what time of day or night you try What a joke Me Chinese me play joke me put pee pee in your coke

Ordered a pair of pants on 9-17-21

Ordered a pair of pants on 9-17-21 emailed onemoreoutfit a month later never received a email in return Just placed another email 11-12-21 we ll see if they get back to me Not a good experience so far

UPDATE Today is 10 1 21 I still have not received my order I ordered 2-pair of swimming trunks for the hubby on 9 9 21 with express shipping I haven t yet received my order I paid via PayPal Guest with my username and password which is supposed to show on my PayPal transaction history however looking back the transaction isn t there My bank transaction shows the following IAT PAYPAL HUANG SHAN GU DE INTERNATIONAL ACH DEBIT Not sure how the merchant was able to fool me and fake a PayPal transaction Further since I paid via PayPal Guest the merchant website doesn t have record of my email therefore I cannot track my order through their website Now I neither have PayPal to insure my refund nor do I have the merchandise I feel like I ve been completely hoodwinked scammed and this merchant is a fraud Hopefully my bank can investigate and get my money returned to me

Cheaply made uncomfortable clothe and bad customer service

I had purchased a pair of pants here waited a month to receive a 28 pair of cheaply made uncomfortable plastic pants NOT as described in ad tried to get customer service so I can return and the company avoided my requests Clothes are cheap and service was terrible For the prices you pay your getting ripped off

The size chart online is wrong

The size chart online is wrong The material isn t sewed right and it s very cheap Nothing fit my husband right and I basically wasted my money because when I inquired about returning and getting different sizes at least They wanted me to send them 30 for shipping and one new pair Do not waste your money

Will my product ever arrive

I wish I would have looked at the reviews before ordering I placed an order on Dec 3rd and paid for expedited shipping but have not seen anything I have emailed twice this week to ask when my order will ship no response
