Everything went well as expected I have been doing business with 4Wheel parts for 15 years 3 different jeeps I have no complaints

Amazing customer service

I purchased something from 4 Wheel Parts as a Christmas present I had not received shipping confirmation after a few days so I called 4 Wheel Parts to find out what the problem was I figured there had to be a problem because my father had made a purchase a month earlier and he received shipping confirmation the same day The man I spoke with told me the item was shipping directly from the manufacturer and he would need to contact them to find out the status of the shipment Since the manufacturer had already closed for the day he would need to wait until the next day He said he would call the manufacturer and give me a call back He did exactly what he said he was going to do The next day I received a voice mail from the man letting me know my item had shipped and what day I would receive my shipment To top it off it arrived before Christmas This was my first purchase from 4 Wheel Parts but I guarantee you this will not be my last Thank you for the prompt and exceptional service
