Went into Warrens inPenzance never met any body so rude brought 3 sausage rolls and they were not cooked properly took them back and one of the staff members was so rude about me returning the sausages rolls and said they were cooked fine and fed up with people keep complaining about her sausage rolls I asked if she could put them into the oven longer and she replied that her ovens were turned off I asked for my money back and she refused I will not be eating there again I have phoned the head office and will be hearing from them today if I don t hear anything else from them I will be taking it further What an attitude to have towards people There s a reason why people are complaining about your sausage rolls and pasty s

TERRIBLE Service food baguette

Service food quality were terrible When ordering the lady didn t let me finish my order as she was already off making my coffee Low costumer service but more on who s next My tuna mayo baguette was extra dry looked it was made yesterday if not before Hardly any tuna in the sandwich So I return it to the counter and explain again she didn t let me finish nd just ask me would you like another one Not interested soever The 2nd sandwich the baguette was cold and soft again there was no tuna at the top bottom part of the sandwich Just TERRIBLE

Dreadful company they do not answer telephone calls or emails they are aware of the terrible service as they say on their website not expect an answer very soon Was given a gift voucher sadly a big mistake and total waste of money would have been better giving money to a charity rather than this company

These are the worst pasties I have ever had and the worst delivery service too The 1st lot came already defrosted I had to throw them out and when I complained over the phone they offered to send a replacement lot You would think that would be sorted but no The 2nd lot tasted absolutely vile the worst pasties ever and I complained via email A very confused man telephoned me and thought that I was sent vegan pasties by mistake and sent the 3rd batch They arrived today completely defrosted again I think after three attempts I ve had enough of Warrens s Bakeries

Ordered online came in a polystyrene box no chilling material and most of the pasties were smashed up not surprising as the box was much to big for the 7 pasties maybe if they had included some ice sheets to keep cool that might have stopped them ratling about emailed them twice but no response at all Waste of 43

Bought 2 large steak pasties at Trago Mills Warrens Bakery Newton Abbot The pastry was thick over half a cm with a huge crimped area Not cooked properly the inside was slimy and veg tasted of nothing Probably cut up and left in water I had 4 pieces of gristly inedible steak and I would have taken them back yet we had driven away Disgusting
