professional and quality service throughout kept in the loop at all stages Surveyor was friendly and precise and explained the survey results so I could fully understand them where I needed a clearer understanding the surveyor broke things down into words I could understand Very happy with the whole service and I would highly recommend Watsons if you are looking for a quality surveying service at a reasonable price

Smooth experience great communication
It was all a very smooth experience and there was always someone available to talk even if it was to take a message and get back to me Getting a quote and then getting set up with them was done online and via email I got the Estate Agent s contact info to them via email so they could book the date of the survey I got access to their portal which told me the date of the survey and allowed me to upload documents I thought might be useful to the surveyor The survey report was produced pretty quickly and I got an email notification when it was available on the portal When I had questions I called left a voice message got a call back that they re getting the answers and got a call back from the surveyor the same day to answer my questions It went really well
