Although the company hasn t got a very good reputation the operative which visited my house to conduct a energy survey who is independent and drove from Leeds to London to complete the jobs was very considerate friendly and knowledgeable and answered every question that I had with good details and dealt with any concerns I had So my experience with wates group was actually a good one despite the bad reviews on trustpilot

I had an electrician out to my property to put me up an outside light he was very curtious and friendly He did the job with no problem and kept me upto date with things He also cleaned up all the mess after he was done

Hello I m a council tennant in stevenage Ive just had energy savings work on my property all completed from the team and their contractors at Wates This goes without saying Im very happy with all work thats been done from the managers Ripon who kindly persuaded me that it was for my and my propertys best intrest that the work was needed he made sure dates with appointments suited me he explained clearly and put my mind at ease about what was needed to carry out on each job at first i was very hesitant about getting my loft insulated as it was years worth of items packed full up there Yet alone my mouse problem that i was trying previously to sort out obviously with no avail Im so glad ive now got it cleared and insulated and part boarded I cant forget the lovely Alex who called after every job compleated to see if i had any issues with any tasks carried out to which i was satisfied again he explained what was to be expected of each contractor and put me at ease if i had any complaints and that i was happy with how the workers were using my property Cant forget the ladies in the wates office and or contractors offices who fitted appointments in around me sorry no names but happy with their friendly services Your construction team of contractors did a brilliant job friendly professional bunch from electricians to builders ect again all cleaned up after themselves and made sure i understood what they were there to do THANKYOU i really appreciate the good people you sent my way and for what you all have done to our property Kind regards Ms D Shaw

Hi I would love to give feedback on the recent work that Wates have completed on the bathroom ceiling in my council house in Barnsley I would like to highly commend Jack Seward for his skills as a plasterer He was most polite and looked after my home as if it was his own He put the plastic covering on all my stairs and didn t make any mess Gary Henderson too who I believe helped Jack to put up plaster boards on the aforementioned ceiling Jack stayed to plaster the ceiling He mixed all his plaster in the front garden so I had hardly any dust in the bathroom I can t thank him enough for the work that he did Jack even wiped down the tiles before he went Jack is a very good plasterer very polite and a really good worker Thank you JackFrom Mrs Pat Howell125 Cherry Tree Street
