The facilitator this Sunday morning did

The facilitator this Sunday morning did not notice what was happening during his sauna gus session Even when asked to adjust by several participants he kept music extremely loud Flow between the 3 sessions was very abrupt and did not bring the relaxation excepted

I love the place and feeling of community

I love the place I now go there 1-3 times a week All of the facilitators are very welcoming and make you feel welcome from the first time you show up There is a strong community feeling And sauna and cold water is just always a win

Extraordinary private event

We had a private event with Hjalte as the facilitator with 22 people and it was AMAZING Everyone who participated thought it was really extraordinary and a crazy experience Even though not everyone in the group did not manage to get there at the scheduled time Hjalte was so sweet to postphone it so that everyone could experience the full journey I would recommend this always
