Customer service representative Justin Jay F Has my vote for hero of the Day I was in the process of rebuilding my website but continuously facing opposition I called Network Solutions for the last time to either try to straighten out the situation or to end my long term relationship with this company I was transferred to the customer representative Justin Jay F Who was extremely professional knowledgeable and willing to help me work through tweaking the website The phone call was lengthy but extremely productive and was able to be completed and published live And for that I vote Justin Jay F Hero of the Day If my response to this customer service agent would be copied and sent out to the other customer service representatives as an example of the proper way to handle a service call I would not mind Respectfully Peter Daly dalycarpetcleaning com

Sokia I may have misspelled the name forgive me was outstanding She followed someone who gave us information that led us to believe that our 14 days to edit the website we re paying Web com to design begins the first day the designer gets in touch with us We were shocked since the designer left us a voice message on Thursday afternoon which we retrieved Friday morning The design her team assembled completely misrepresented our mission In addition she told us the 14 days began on Thursday Today the person with whom we spoke told us the 14 days ran through the holiday weekend Labor Day and we had burned through 6 days WITH NO DESIGN Needless to say we were not pleased But Sokia figuratively took the sword out of our hands She set us right on the 14 days and went overboard to help us She established trust in Web com

Shavani provided excellent service and accomplished the completion of my eCommerce store She did what so many others could not do since March 24 when my change submission documented the need for such a store She showed initiative and the willingness to take the time needed to acquire the needed info and implement this info when other could or would not She is an asset to your company and I wish her a successful career with Web com or wherever her skills and professional direction take her

Intuitive and easy to use

Only been with web com for a week or so but am finding it fairly easy and intuitive to use Jonalyn B helped give me the lowdown on how the site works Hopefully I don t encounter any major issues that need resolution But so far this site is perfect for newbies like me

I love WEB com they do a great job at a fair price and always resolve the issue In this case yesterday I had a clueless person so I said goodbye and started over That is the first person in over 10 years that I found not good ALWAYS the tech support is excellent like Sara was today Friendly easy to understand listened to what I was saying and fixed my problem by reinstalling the email setup Great job
