Working with WES was a terrible experience They refuse to provide customer service do not answer e-mails and if after hours of trying one actually gets someone onto the phone they are either lying or answering brashly impertinent This is absolute fraud A standard document by document evaluation took about 2 months to complete there website advertises 3 days or less The result of the evaluation was inaccurate Fortunately I had decided to go for another company about 1 month into the process this has saved my career but I payed twice Stay away from WES

I also want to give -100 rate They do not respond to your emails Their advertisement is a lie DO NOT USE THEM Find another service that will actually respectfully provide you with what you need Had to get a refund as they said they they cannot process mine after a whole month UPDATE I used ECE services and they gave me my translated transcript within the timeframe they told me Please use other services It is not worth your time dealing with a company that do not care and provide the services they should

This is a horrible company They advertise on their website that they process your documents in approximately 8 business days I made my payment with them on December 31st 2023 and submitted all of my documents the following day They STILL have not gotten my documents today is March 14th processed and I have missed my deadline to attend my university causing me to wait for the next semester They are completely unprofessional on the phone when I called one guy on the phone named Georgie just hung up on me because he couldn t help me They constantly state that they would escalate the situation but that doesn t do anything I never make reviews but I m just putting this out there in high hopes that someone will read this and not do what I did Total waste of time and money There are other services out there that I m sure are much better than this one Go on the NACES website to find more credible institutions that do the exact same thing DO NOT USE WES

Please do not patronize World Education Services for any reason This is not command just an advice from someone that has seen it all with their scam services since the year 2020 This month of March 2024 I needed an official evaluated report sent to me because of an awful experience I had when they sent it to my collage I paid their bogus fee it stated it has been delivered after ONE business day I called their customer service representative she said it will take SEVEN business days Still I haven t gotten what I paid for I am at the point of losing a government job just because of their SCAM

I sent a request to cancel my application Then I changed my mind and I sent another request to disregard my cancellation request I called them to make sure they received it But a few minutes later guess what happened They cancelled my application Why To get the cancellation fee of 52 The cancellation approval email was sent to me AFTER my request to disregard the cancellation So they had time to read both emails before charging me with 52 just for clicking a button to cancel it

Unprofessional company i send them to evaluate my credentials for immigration purposes they send it for authentication purposes After calling and claiming many times they are not admitting their fault and want me to submit another application and to pay one more time if there is 0 star i would not regret to put it i do not suggest anyone to cooperate with this company

It s been months and they haven t delivered my documents They only want money and doesn t care about your papers A legal scammer

Ignore their website related to processing times If I could give them zero I would Once I submitted my documents they responded 2 days later stating it would be completed in 9 working days not the 3 days or less as stated on website The completion date has now passed and still NO report I have called them twice and sent two emails on their website but still nothing They are more than happy taking your money however their customer service is beyond poor

TERRIBLE - AVOID - MISLEADING - FALSE ADVERTISING MONTHS TO FINISH BASIC EVALUATION NOT 8 DAYS NO WONDER THE STATE OF GEORGIA DOES NOT USE WES FOR TEACHER COURSE BY COURSE EVALUATIONS

Terrible service Their turnaround time quotations are misleading Whet the do not tell you is that it would take them ages to review your documents They say that it would take 7 days to evaluate once the documents are reviewed But the review itself takes 3-4 weeks And what more they review after they have received everything from you grad school Getting documents from your grad school via their partner service Qualification Check is equally horrible with very poor service level It is all a scam
