I don t think they did my evaluation accurately They changed my documental information when I complained they said it was a human error They don t care at all AVOID

Scammy company with nonexistent

Scammy company with nonexistent customer service AVOIDVery Difficult working with them- They are very particular on how they want the academic records to be sent to them Even if it s from a well know Australian university All the documents per their requirements have to be sent within 180days or they will deactivate your account And you have to pay extra fee to reactivate your application This was not stated on the application page Only in their terms and policies They also won t provide any update on your case until you pay the extra reactivation fee Impossible to contact them - impossible to reach them by phone email will take them ages to reply only to tell you what you already know Overall a very negative and scammy experience It seems businesses these days try every possible way to reap you off I work in IT Press a button to activate costs 52 And it s a non profit organization Wow

Avoid them

Avoid them I hope I can give zero star Their website says they can get the report done in 6 days or less but they will tell you to wait at least 30 days after you pay them Customer service is SUPER rude Seriously avoid them

Absolute scam

Absolute garbage company We were required to do a transcript evaluation for a US University We ordered a course-by-course evaluation - they completed a one-pager that just states may daughter s GPA as A- which they just calculated in 10 minutes and slapped on a page and mailed it back to the school 32 They did refund 63 out of 224 but we still need a Course-by-course evaluation Contacted the company and the response was - you can upgrade Upgrading total - 99 Why do I want to upgrade for 99 when I originally ordered a course-by course evaluation and never asked for a refund Please do not waste your money with this scam of a company Maybe inCred is different I now wish we did that instead and they are an NAIA requirement

Just terrible

I need a course by course evaluation by WES for a university application My pervious university sent documents to WES on the 20th December 2023 and at time of writing 15th January 2024 WES still has not processed my course by course evaluation Terrible I spoke to the call centre today they have no useful information and just said maybe I hear from WES in 10 days

Transcript rejection with unacceptable reason

I Sent the documents as required but they surprised me with a reason of transcript rejection not acceptable which is the back of the envelope was not stamped and this is not true yes they will talk to you but no one will help you to solve your problem

World Education Services mislead the public with their advertised processing times I paid for their educational credential services which they said it would be ready in 7 days I got an email that it could take 7 weeks after waiting over a month to hear from them Their call centre is useless They regurgitate what s on your profile account Terrible

This company is a fraud

This company is a fraud Stay away from them I have been waiting for SIX months to get my documents sorted out and they still claim my institution did not send them directly to WES -which is just a lie You can t get ahold of them via email you try their phone and they can t help with anything they are the absolute worst

Horrible

The whole experience is bad Firstly they took way longer than advertised period to complete the evaluation even after all the required verifications Secondly even after almost a month of their supposed delivery two out of three Universities have not received the report from them During the whole process I could not get any help as their customer service is almost non existent And because of the delay I lost my chance of the admission for this session Their irresponsible behaviour is borderline evil

Do not use WES They will cancel and not refund you

I will drop this here to warn others to try other Credential Evaluation services and never use WES They are horrible and the moment you complain after wasting 4 weeks on doing nothing to your application they will cancel and still keep your money I hope most people learn to find other alternative other than WES Their customer service is also terrible and rude
