I had contacted Westhost support yesterday with an issue gmail blocking our mail and the person I spoke with tried to help but unfortunately was unsuccessful I hopped back on chat today and was helped by a rockstar who immediately understood my problem quickly resolved it and even stayed on the chat while we tested it out to be sure everything was working again

I had an issue with billing and the associate asked me all the questions to get all of the information needed I was refunded the total amount I have used Westhost for over 20 years and they have great customer service
