Do not order - Sham Company
I requested the order be cancelled the day after I placed it but was informed it had already been dispatched which was a lie When the towels arrived I did not even open the parcel but just relabelled it and posted it back following it up with and email Royal mail have tried yo deliver and the company have rerouted the parcel I don t know where to and I have still not received my refund - they appear to be a Sham Company

SHAM company Ordered a bathrobe on 18th August Told it was dispatched on 19th August but this was clearly a lie Tracking number given does not work item has never arrived Requested refund which has never arrived Customer service is unresponsive AVOID this company

Poor quality items Ignorant customer service
Yes I agree about previous comments bening a shamm company Poor quality goods not as advertised were returned with postage label provided by westlane Proof of delivery provided yet unresponsive to my emails when chasing my refund I contacted my card company who raised a chargeback dispute My card company then refunded me I would urge anyone else having trouble with refunds to do the same This company is not a reputable supplier
