I have COVID at the moment and did have when my wetsuit arrived Therefore haven t been able to try on product so can t give a fair review Parcel was delivered a day after it said it was going to but that suited me to be honest I hope to come back and say product was great in the future

Good service nice quality running cap snug fit

Products were great took 5 full days to put in a bag plus 4 days until products arrived 9 days in total

Some delivery delay resolved quickly once Jeff got involved

They were quick and efficient but I didn t realise that Vat wasn t included in the price so that was an extra and for some reason I thought that delivery was included but I think that was my mistake

The service was good I returned the wetsuit because I caught pneumonia and suffered kidney failure

I haven t received my purchases and communications about the delay has been lacking No indication during purchase process that products were not in stock

I ordered and paid for 2 items Only 1 came as it was sent out before the items had been picked or checked However after photographic evidence of package invoice and unsigned picking and checking note the company apologised and sent the second item out immediately which salvaged credibility and may help management to correct issues to prevent reoccurring for others I ve received a further sincere apology and some recompense for the error in the dispatch department as well as an assurance that the issue has been investigated and rectified so can t reoccur

Hi Rash vest quality is very good comfortable but the purchase arrived in a different color than shown on the website The photos do not correspond to reality

I ordered a Crewsaver Cag from Wetsuit Centre over a week ago I was told it was on back order and would be with me by Monday 20 November It didn t arrive I emailed and phoned customer service to be told it was definitely on its way from Crewsaver and that I would receive a tracking number when it was dispatched from Wetsuit Centre and would definitely be with me by 1 pm Wednesday 22 November By 4 pm this afternoon I had received no confirmation or tracking number So I emailed and phoned them again to be told Crewsaver had not sent the Cag - despite being informed yesterday that it was definitely on its way Crewsaver was blamed for it I have now cancelled the order which I needed specially for a course tomorrow This firm is blatantly selling items that they DO NOT HAVE I have this afternoon received an apology from Wetsuit Centre and been informed that they are working with Crewsaver to change their supply system I am happy to increase their star rating due to this
