Slightly longer delivery time than stated- but only by 2 working days and it was for an item that is backordered - so held in a warehouse rather than in stock Very quick to respond to emails- so customer service top notch

Lovely quality towelling changing robe shame it didn t have labels on it which wasn t ideal when it s a gift

I brought some booties but wrong size

I brought some booties but got the wrong size I contacted customer services and was pleased to speak with a representative and they assured me that a change of item wouldn t be a problem Also on the same call they sent me a link to another item I was interested in and I brought that item as well

Good website and service until delivery

Would have been 5stars but for DPD delivery Good website reasonable prices and service until it comes to delivery Given a time slot mid afternoon it came and went so I checked online and the driver was running late Fair enough waited a little longer only to get a Sorry we missed you message No note through the door because they never called Simply got to the end of the day and left the parcel at a pick up point to collect the following day DPD is heading the same way as the discount couriers out there and are letting down your service which is a shame

Our original choice was out of stock which we didn t find out about till after it was due to be delivered but then we were offered a free upgrade to a different suit which arrived two days later

Wetsuit shipped without packaging

Everything is good except the wetsuit came inside the thin shipment plastic bag without extra packaging If the thin layer of plastic bag was torn during shipment the goods inside could be damaged

Ordered a surfboard in the 5th of Aug

Ordered a surfboard in the 5th of Aug for delivery on the 8th delivery date keeps changing the wetsuit centre have been amazing at dealing with the issue with the courier and even changed the courier company to get the board to me Thanks again

Delivery not as advertised but generally happy otherwise

I ordered on a Friday and the countdown timer said order within the next few hours to get next day delivery Delivery didn t come I called on Monday to be told the order was in another warehouse so would take longer I feel there should be a way of relaying this at checkout Other than that I was very pleased with the product and the way I was dealt with when calling about delivery I would order again and recommend this retailer
