Disappointing Service

After receiving my order surfboard package there were several problems with the board and accessories customer service were prompt and understanding and I sent the package back I received a replacement package ten days later with even more defaults and problems missing items I feel like the customer service is helpful but the quality of care and distribution is significantly below what is expected The original delivery took a week the return and then second delivery just over a week Three weeks after my order and I am no closer to getting my surfboard I have given two stars as the customer service is good but every other aspect of the company has been very poor compared to other sellers

The portable shower was most disappointing my partner spent an hour in his w shop putting in new seals and then it worked

Items ordered arrived promptly but was not as describe on the website - missing one of the critical features Issue has still not been resolved

Very disappointed that the vouchers came with a brochure attached to the front Phoned and emailed to suggest this can ruin surprises No reply to email telephone call was non commits

Disappointing

Disappointing No stock of an item that was supposed to be in stock When I enquired told that their supplier was causing issues and there was no gtee of any del date I cancelled the order The refund was quick and staff were courteous Ordered same item at cheaper price from elsewhere that actually had stock and it was shipped the same day

No free returns

Timely delivery and communicative customer support Sadly don t offer free returns costing me 8 to try a hat on It was too big and couldn t be kept The company could be clearer with their return policies on purchase I think

My son gave me a wetuit for my birthday

My son gave me a wetuit for my birthday purchased at WetsuitCentre he had checked the sizing with me but we were both very disappointed that it was far too small I then ordered a size 12 as I am a true size 12 with all other purchases when it arrived it was just as small as the previous one So for me the sizing is abominable I am sorry to say I did get my refund without any trouble H W

A generic wetsuit purchasing experience The price advertised was not what I ended up paying Some explanation about oh we have to re order your order through the manufacturer Not impressed with the process Suit looks fine
