Perfect service but slightly disappointing product

Delivery was very quick but a little disappointed in the size of the bracelets Had expected them to be slightly wider to be fair Maybe my interpretation was incorrect Will still be worn to promote the charities

Good selection fair prices but

Product selection good and fair prices Unfortunately the website does in stock if a product is actually in stock I am still waiting for my order to be fulfilled I would have ordered from another supplier if I knew they did not have the products

I sent an item back for an exchange they then sent me the wrong item even though it was clearly explained on a note inside the box now I have to wait an extra day or two - for my original item to be sent to me Person on phone helpful but annoying

Was given the wrong info by WSC on original purchase Had to send the suit back and received a small discount code Unfortunately no other equivalent suit in stock for the same price as the original and so I ended up spending quite a bit more on the replacement

The rash vest I received was not the one pictured on the website and this happened twice I returned the first one and then ordered a different one which turned out to be the same as the one I had just sent back If items are not represented accurately on the website it s just a waste of everyone s time and money so very disappointed

Wrong size waiting for refund

Ordered women s size 18 shorty wetsuit did not fit Contacted customer services It was suggested I could order another wetsuit and return 1st and 2nd together if needed This is what I did again wrong fit I sent back to address given This was a week ago and am still waiting for refund I have not been contacted by customer services to confirm this As payment taken when ordered I would expect refund by return My details were included in returned wetsuits Please wetsuit outlet let me know when refund will be sent

Ordered and paid for an oneil wetsuit for a week surfing in Cornwall Two days before setting off a bank credit was received with a note reading wetsuit not in stock Marvelous

Helpful staff but the store actually

Helpful staff but the store actually lack products The store hold very little stock and what you see on the website often isn t in stock or available which really they should tell you when you are paying for items However the staff were helpful in issuing a refund for items that they sold to me but then actually couldn t supply

As a relatively unexperienced surfer I called for a new wetsuit outlined the price I would like and recommendations The suit I received was labelled large but was very small when I called back to ask if there was a mistake the girl who originally spoke with me said they always come up at least 1 or 2 sizes small Why didn t she advise this originally I only just received a replacement in time for my trip
