Disappointed that my friend got the same board Jobe 12 6 the next day from another supplier for 100 less than Wetsuit Outlet Their prices have increased considerably and they re not the place to find bargains as they once were I ve been a shopper with them from pretty much when they started but I don t think I ll be staying with them

The wet suit arrived in a timely fashion it didn t fit Hassle free return as advertised turned into an 11 plus postage because what is on offer at 4 plus didn t cover the wet suit cost if it went missing and I would be liable No wet suit 11 downMy advice either buy on line with a company that pays for returns or go local and try it onDid think they would refund my postage Not hassle free

Multiple hundred pound surfing watch fell apart in the water No customer service in this country so had to deal with France No communication no explanation and postage refund sent to wetsuit outlet but no communication from them at all regarding this despite already being let down as they did not honour their website gaurantee

This website only confirms your purchase after you have paid In my case it appears that I ordered 2 itemsMost websites enable the customer to check before making payment So my experience has not been a good one I am hoping that my email sent immediately after the realisation that I had inadvertently paid for 2 reaches the correct person and I receive an immediate refund

Only way checkout would continue after attempting to register was to use my Amazon account Not my intention and as I spent several hours looking for a product such as this on Amazon and this purchase is a desperate last resort for a short medium build woman I did not wish to give Amazon my business Frustrated does not begin to express my feelings

I would normally order a xl wetsuit I ordered a new jobe shorty wetsuit at a very reasonable price The sizing was completely wrong The label said XL the product was more like a medium To add insult I am now being charged 4 95 to return a miss sized product Not a company that I will be using again

Hassle free returns does not mean free returns Very disappointed having to pay 5 to return item that doesn t fit Another wetsuit company I used recently offered free returns whereas I was very disappointed with this return service With wetsuits wetsuit accessories fit is important and if operating mail order service returns should be free I ll shop elsewhere in future
