the first time I have to pay 14 euros to return an article that does not fit this was the first and for sure the last purchase I ever made at this store I can only reciomment to leave your hand off and buy seomwhere else

Update They get ruder Since leaving an honest factual review I get a telephone call within minutes Amazing how they can contact when their reviews are affected yet ignore up until that point They ve acknowledged they haven t refunded still no refund credit card company will process charge-back Original Feedback Firstly visited their so called outlet in Shoeburyness Bought a Jobe Towable ring for 460 00 was told they did not have one in stock so it would be sent by supplier could take up to a week Therefore got home to see if anyone had one in stock only to see that dozens of sellers offer them for 337 So much for an outlet nearly 50 more than regular sellers Cancelled order and bought elsewhere After 10 days still no refund despite having an email from them stating it had been processed - Clearly it hadn t I emailed to ask where the refund was no reply still no refund 2 weeks later I will be contacting my credit card company and will use their charge-back facility that protects against companies like this

Faulty wetsuit that split after 5 uses paddle boarding pictures sent as asked then accused of lying and refused a refund or even to send it back for further investigation Terrible customer service poor quality wetsuit Disappointed doesn t come close

Xcel wetsuit lost it s seams on the forearm in two months and never had warranty Then started to fall apart on the armpits Never expected such a BAD QUALITY from this brand and a TERRIBLE WARRANTY service They were offering to repair this wetsuit if you have any knowledge you would know it s not possible to seal a neoprene that s been melting everywhere

Second time I ve ordered from Wetsuit Outlet This time I needed to return a neoprene bikini top due to ridiculously small sizing I mean literally half the size it should be presumably why all the sizes from 12 downwards are on sale So firstly some sizing guidance on the website would have been helpful But worst the cheapest return option suitable for me was 4 95 Top was 17 95 and I could have returned it much cheaper than that Feels like I ve wasted 4 95 for an hour of inconvenience More returns options needed

You have opted to use a courier where it takes from 24 11 to 4 12 to get here not next day delivery why not use royal mail when tou can see an order going to the northrrn isles your reason for slow delivery is not good enough
