The boots were good but narrow

The boots were good but the first pair was too narrow I have paid twice for return postage once to wetsuit outlet and as I did not receive a qr code then I had to pay again at the post office The second pair of boots fit well even though they are size 13 and I normally take size 12

My main issue was the lenght of time

My main issue was the lenght of time items takd to come to northern ireland However product quality is excellent You can speak to someone directly major helpful

Delivery of goods was efficient

Delivery of goods was efficient however I had a 5 00 voucher which I lost because I needed to return the original item for a larger size Exchange was not permitted I also had to pay for postage to return original item

Great service bad socks

Delivered when it said it would be and kept me updated the whole time Socks are really bad quality however and we re falling a paper after 3 uses

Products at good price good quality and received what I ordered Dispatch was supposed to be same day and I called to check this would happen but it seems the courier did not receive the package until 2 days later

Good online service but

Good online service-Delivery was quick Prices ok not happy with having to pay for returns as the sizes vary so much so had to return a few things which soon added up cost wise

A great shop with great prices - needs to be free returns

A great shop with great prices without question But it needs to offer free returns It really is pot luck as to what size the manufacturers make the wetsuits resulting in returns if they dont fit As the returns are charged it can make the initial online deal a little pointless as you would have to keep paying to return in order to get right Ive got suits from Ripcurl that are 2XL and perfect tight fit suits from O Neill that are xl and loose another suit from O Neill thats a 2xl and tight It really is a gamble If this shop offered free returns I would have purchased from here again with no hesitation and i m sure others would too Sadly due to the above i ended up buying what i needed at a local surf shop

Good service let down by the courier

Ordering was easy the price was good and the dry suit was exactly what I wanted The drysuit was dispatched promptly but the courier company appeared to have problems and delivery took a week This was unusual I have bought from Wetsuit Outlet many times and will buy from them again

Delivery was good

Delivery was good product was as stated and in good condition unfortunately I chose the wrong size Only issue I ve had is how long its taken to return and then the further wait for money back but otherwise great

O was told over the phone the item

I was told over rhe phone the item would come the next day if I ordered before 4 pm In reality it took several days After ordering I was dismayed to find Evri were the delivery company the Wetsuit outlet use they have been nothing but trouble for me in the past True to form they did not deliver correctly the item was found near my apt
