Goods delivered quickly I needed to return a wetsuit as it didn t fit easy returns and quick repayment of returned item Ordered another wetsuit and happy with products received

Ordered one and was too small returns process was easy but did cost 6 reordered in bigger size delivery was quick and arrived well packaged

Customer service overall Wetsuit Outlet experience was a clear 5 5 Unfortunately the product I purchased was faulty not really Wetsuit Outlets fault Optimum Time OS 310 race stopwatch It arrived with a flat battery I contacted Wetsuit Outlet without undue fuss they quickly provided a replacement It arrived 2 days later in time for a sailing competition Thank you great service

Whilst the wetsuit booties I bought 7 pairs did not fit me well the service that you have provided and ease of refund has been very efficient free returns would have made it 5 But I do understand and it s not crazy expensive I did buy my wetsuit from you a few years back so I do appreciate your prices and online shopping experience Thank you

Struggled to order online but excellent customer service

I had awful trouble trying to order via the website I couldn t get past the address page no matter how i input my address the system wouldn t let me move on The following day i called your customer services and the woman i spoke to was incredibly helpful i managed to order the Dryrobe and it arrived 2 days later My daughter loves it Thank you

Prompt delivery of order and great to see that packaged with bio-degradeable plastic A bit disappointed that my wetsuit s chest zip was not listed as zipped inwards on the full description as I probably wouldn t have bought this one No problem with return of booties I d ordered although 7 return cost via UPS was a bit pricey Lovely wetsuit Gul Mens Flexor Recore 3 2mm Chest Zip GBS Wetsuit FX1214 C2 - Black and no problems with the zip

Prompt response wet boots excellent I did receive parcel in good time but unfortunately delivery company Evri didn t follow instructions so I was lucky to receive parcel No fault of Wetsuit Outlet s who have said they will look into this Thank you Wetsuit Outlet
