They don t offer free returns and their customer service is shocking Their website says hassle - free returns which is quite misleading on skim reading as I just saw FREE RETURNS It s not hassle free when you leave it up to the customer and purposely mislead them

Absolutely incompetent

Ordered bundle kayak 3 man pump bag paddle etc delivered 2 man no bits sent back they sent out 3 man with no pump or extra waterproof bags that were in bundle all this after being on phone with customer service so two weeks now we supposed go out and all the hassle getting them off ups as work away need buy other stuff but not from hereUPDATE having spoken to wetsuit outlet customer service they sorted out the missing goods and offered a gift voucher so pleased with how they have delt with the situation

I bought a Ripcurl flashbomd 5 3 mm wetsuit On first use the suit tore itself simply by wearing it Most likely because of a stockpile of neoprene that does not conform to the advertised standards or just it was too old I asked to avail myself of the guarantee but I was denied this right because they said they were not factory defects I was treated with coldness and cynicism they offended me by offering me a 10 euro glue tube to repair the suit by myself A bad experience and bad empathy for a buyer who had bought dozens of products in the past I ll never be wetsuitoutlet it customer again

Company is based in the UK even though

Company is based in the UK even though website is in Danish This means shipping takes forever and is incredibly expensive even for 1-2 Kg product Better off using companies based in EU Deceptive advertising in my opinion

Wrong order delivered

After initially being impressed with the speed of delivery I discovered I had been sent the wrong item On checking my original order discovered that it was not my error A woman s long sleeve UV shirt was delivered instead of a men s I am still waiting for communication in regards to the follow up As it is a Christmas present I am hoping the issue can be rectified as soon as possible and the Long sleeve shirt delivered as I d like to use the company for further purchases

like a flea market

I had a wetsuit in my basket I was waiting a couple of days to have the amount to buy it and in a day the price turned from 384 to 479 I always expected that item on sale could decrease but I never saw an item already in the basket increase price almost 100 seems they increase it just because someone showed interest for the object truly unprofessional this is a on line shop not a flea market

Visited this shop based in Shoeburyness

Visited this shop based in Shoeburyness three tims over a week and it was not open despite the published opening times On one occasion 29 minutes after supposed opening time there were people assumed to be staff wandering around inside who made no attempt to come to the locked door even though a customer warning bell sounded Whats the point of advertising opening times you fail constantly to achieve them Waste of time My miney will now go to a business that needs custom as you obviously do not Change your signs and online business hours

Failure to deliver Christmas gift

Bought a changing robe for my wife for Christmas on 12th December Today as I write on December 29th I still have not received the item I checked the tracker and eventually managed to establish that the item had arrived in the country and had been delivered to the wrong depot It stated that the item would be delivered the next day 24th and yet today 29th no item and no contact from anyone

Ordered online never received items Not sure were they even sent to me Still no refund received so possibly after being scammed I needed the item i ordered so have put me in a bad situation where i never received me refund and need to buy elsewhere BUYER BEWARE
