The delivery leadtime is consistently good and the communication ahead if the delivery is excellent but it is the product return process that tarnishes the experience I returned my order on 08 12 2023 and still on 24 12 2023 the products are not received nor has the refund been processed My replacement order placed on 08 12 2023 was received on 10 12 2023

I tried three times to order products twice was asked to go to my bank for security checks no problem but couldn t get back to your payment page I gave up and the third time I used the single use security number no problem Was this a problem in your site It was a big waste of my time and very frustrating Can you explain And then I had to go back to get my Order ID More time wasted

Nothing wrong with the products when I got them They advertise next day delivery on orders over 99 but chose to not honour this it took a week to arrive which I was disappointed about and the delivery date was changed last minute with no explanation Now I appreciate this is not the websites fault that the delivery service was way below par but when I reported this to customer services they didn t care The apology was insincere and no effort was made to resolve the issue Ok one effort was made they sent google co ordinates ti the location of my 250 order the courier had dumped at a shop the other side of town and not communicated to me No missed delivery card message or delivery status update the whole time in fact they went as far as to delete the original message of delivery date to replace it rather then apologising and saying there was a delay It really shook my trust in the service and to not be told where my parcel had ended up I had to track it myself made me concerned it was never arriving All in all do not promise a service you aren t prepared to provide

Returns are NOT free and not mentioned anywhere The discount is not worth it at all given the horrible feeling when you re looking to return and are suddenly asked to pay 5 for a return label Would appreciate a bit more transparency

Products good and great price just slow delivery and lost the products on route via EVRI let them down Eventually took 9 working days spanning two weekends to arrive UPS deliveries in the past have been much better

Easy order dispatched quick never arrived can t get through to anyone website tells me delayed by fed ex

First Lady was very good thorough friendly I felt very well looked after The main part of the check was good in technique but the explanation was poor I felt patronised and not listened too My husband went a day later with a similar issue to someone in Lymm and the explanation and information given was really good and confirmed my experience was poor the information explanation I was given was minimal and needed improvement The following lady yawned throughout her part of the testing A great shame as I have been going there for ten years but may well now go elsewhere

Loved the item but needed to exchange for a different size I was sent a 10 welcome voucher I couldn t use it on sale item- accepted ok but everything currently on sale Exchanging no option Then on returning I find out it ll cost me 7 to return it Ok well I m not going to repurchase located same elsewhere Not sure I ll be promoting or returning customer

Ordered an item with 1-3 day delivery in stock 2 weeks went by with no communication from their team I reached out to find out what is going on They said the stock wasn t in our European warehouse had to be shipped to Europe I would have ordered from another brand if I had this information upfront A very poor customer first approach they just wanted to take the money and worry about the problems later I wouldn t recommend using this brand

Evri are an awful delivery partner This is the 3rd item I ve bought from you in the last month and delivery was way outside the 2-3 day delivery estimate This package was handed to Evri on 6th Jan and didn t reach me until 15th Jan It s ok for free but maybe revise the delivery estimate to 3-7 days
