Be carefully they instigate panic by using lies to make you accept their deal asap Firstly they told me on a Friday afternoon that mortgage rates were going up on Monday and had to submit a remortgage application on that day asap which was a lie Secondly they said that broker s fee was due on mortgage application refundable before completion if for some reason or another it did not complete and turns out theirs Terms and Conditions contract states in small print that the broker s fee is not refundable regardless of reason for not completing Mike Edwards will lie to you and rush you STAY AWAY
