Good Service From Whistl

I placed an order with Amazon to be dispatched with Whistl I did start to be concerned yesterday when the tracking stated delay in transit largely because of all the negative reviews on here however it was delivered today as indicated in the updated tracking It was delivered by Hermes well within the original timeframe on a horrible dark torrential day still the courier was perfectly courteous Perhaps bear in mind bank holidays and half the country sick with covid

Ordered a dvd box set off Amazon Was 2nd hand The seller used Whistl for delivery As I d never heard of Whistl I checked here on Trust Pilot for reviews I was dismayed to see all the negative reviews However I needn t have been worried my parcel was delivered today bang on time and parcel in excellent condition Personally absolutely no problems with Whistl

Excellent Customer Service

Nathan at Whistl was extremely helpful in sorting out a problem I had with a multi-drop media delivery as I missed the deadline for drop off by a few days He liaised with Royal Mail directly and came back with a positive solution The whole process for booking and paying was easy and I received an online quote immediately I didn t have to wait to be contacted back

Delivery went well for me

Well here s a surprise I suppose Ordered item from Amazon delivered day earlier than expected with all the tracking updates spot on Like others I couldn t believe the delivery would go well but can t fault it Mind you I d never heard of Whistl before but they certainly delivered for me but maybe this was because it was ordered via Amazon who never have let me down

I stupidly missed that I had given the wrong postcode to the seller of my book The tracking showed as delivered but then shortly after delivery rescheduled then in transit It has arrived today Sunday with a new sticker added with the correct postcode People often review only when they want to moan about bad service sometimes justified sometimes not but I feel its important to balance it when things go well I am impressed
