My wife booked a surprise 40th birthday for me in wales at gresford she booked at Beeches for a large group of 23 people the manager Graham was fantastic in his communication and arrangements being made by wife and even phone calls from her auntie in America to arrange receiving delivery of my birthday cake All the staff very polite and very helpful the waiter Jay went on above what I would expect on a service Only reason for a 4 out of 5 stars was a few items of the menu was unavailable due to supply issues

A good experience for a change My partner I often eat at the Warrener in Thetford as though the food is a little dearer than other local eateries such as the Hungry Horse the service is excellent This is one of the few remaining big national restaurant chains that do table service which of course is essential when you have physical disabilities The only reason that this lacks one star for the highest rating is that service can be a little slow but now that we know that we are always prepared

Just wanted to share my appreciation and those who were stranded on Thursday 1st of March with me about 20 people The staff and Manageress Gillian Furlong went above and beyond to help us at Table Table John Milne Milnrow Rochdale After been stranded for hours due to horrendous weather conditions The Premier Inn next door was full but rather than see anyone without shelter they let us sleep in the bar provided bedding tea coffee and food Gillian even gave her own room and a pair of her own boots to a stranded pregnant women Kindness I have not encountered for a long time Thank you all again well done Tony Wilkinson

The MaytreeHelstonCornwallStayed at this Whitbread establishment for 7 nights from 22nd - 29th September The service was excellent The staff were polite caring and nothing was too much trouble In particular I would like to mention the help provided by staff members Sophie Gracie Toby Fin

The Beeches in Wrexham Excellent food with good choice despite arriving after 5 pm on a Sunday - although the roast dinners had all gone which was a disappointment - and top friendly service by Aiden Nothing seemed too much trouble for him Definitely go back

Always use premier inns to stop as am in a wheelchair Came early 11 30 ato see if they had a room ready Room was just being finished off Gave us a complimentary coffee Then was given a key to room 11 20 10 00 instead of a 13 00 room Very happy with wet room for disabled Very clean as always Not much staff on saw Main man Doing stocking of drinks fridges Chef 1 ladAnd 1 lass who was tidying making sure we were ok Today been out till 6 pm Came back had food in restaurant Shared A platter to start with Then main meal food nice but just seems to be the 3 people working Went out for some fresh air 22 40 Went back in restaurant area for a drink retired upstairs to bed hoping breakfast is as good as always in a premier inn Don t think we would be stopping in this one again only stopped here as was near to where we needed to be to do a photo shoot with a production crew about disabled transport But premier inns need to hav more staff even one more person around would make a difference

From the moment we were greeted at the door by Mark throughout the meal with attentive service from Kate Tara and Ellie perfect food perfect setting perfect evening I wouldn t hesitate to recommend The Carglaze to anybody Well done to you all

Have booked Premier Inns for myself and family many times over recent years I can t think of any other Hotel Company whose is as flexible on booking arrangements or as generous on cancellations over the epidemic period In addition we always get a comfortable clean and mostly quiet room They are a classy Company that deserve much better than to make such a resounding loss over the pandemic period and be laying off their excellent staff - I hope they survive intact - they will have our loyalty

A friend and I had an evening meal out at the warrener in Thetford We were very pleased with our time there I asked to move table as I was struggling with the music sitting near a speaker it was no trouble Our waiter Scott was very friendly professional and helpful Thanks Scott We were very pleased with our meal it came in good time nicely cooked and we ll be coming back Thank you

Had an excellent meal at The Roundstone this evening Served by Sarah who was very attentive and pleasant The food was hot and well presented Often eat at this pub and always have a good experience the staff are very helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them
