Absolutely awful products and company

Absolutely awful products and company to deal with Screen protectors arrived scratched and had major air bubbles come up and start to peel up within the day I contacted the company for assistance and was told I would need to pay almost the entire price I paid for the item for a warranty replacement I ve opened a case with PayPal for a chargeback as it s obvious the quality of their product is low and they are trying to scam people into paying almost the same price as the original product for a warranty replacement

Waste of 80

These protectors are rubbish had it on for about three weeks and noticed a crack in the centre of the protector from just being in my front trouser pocket with three keys on a key ring This has never happened with 25 glass protectors I normally use One month latter the phone dropped on our kitchen floor which is covered with soft vinyl covering the phone has a protective rubber case and yet the Whitestone protector shattered on the corner Considering the cost and poor customer service would diffinately not recommend

This company went drastically down hill

This company went drastically down hill since 2020 Before the replacement warranty were super fast and I was able to get replacement within 2-3 weeks top Now it has been almost 1 month and my replacement isnt even process Multiple emails goes unanswered STAY AWAY FROM THEM

NOT EDGE TO EDGE

Claims edge to edge its not Claims bubble free installation not that either Tried to install twice following the instructions to the letter got bubbles both times After finally installed it the glue started failing within 24hrs

Dishonest company

Dishonest company terrible customer service Be careful when purchasing from their website they falsely advertise and when you try reach out per the other comments they are difficult and unresponsive If you do get a response it s usually just a generic reply claiming no responsibility Basically a shady company

Beware

I can t begin to say how UNBELIEVABLY upset I am I ordered this product started the process of installing the screen protector only only to find out the uv light they included was BROKEN Now I m stuck with a phone that has adhesive all over it and no way to cure it I m going to start by demanding a refund of this product and God forbid they ruin my brand new phone or they ll be paying for that too

Warranty seems misleading

Used their two pack product First attempt didn t go well but I put that down to my own inexperience with a complicated product Second one cracked within months despite the phone having a hard cover as well as the dome glass protector Tried to claim on the warranty but it left my phone unprotected for weeks it s still unprotected while I get polite and reassuring messages back that don t actually address the problems I ve identified Getting sick of the time wasting back and forth ineffectual responses Avoid this product unless you have money to burn

Terrible Customer Service

I went online and filed a warranty claim for a broken screen protector Everything went smoothly and they charged my credit card for the shipping fee but I never got any response by email that my warranty replacement was on the way That was February 1st Try it again about 10 days later again everything looked like it went smooth and they charged my card again Again no email response or any way of knowing if the protector was coming I finally emailed them and it was a frustrating experience going back and forth looking for order numbers to prove that I really purchased the item particularly since I ordered directly from them on their site and my order shows up on the site when I log in We finally got everything straightened out when I forwarded them an email that they sent after my initial purchade and they said a new protector would be on its way however I still needed to get the two erroneous charges of 9 99 return to me since they charged me that amount twice for shipping on my previous two warranty claim attempts I sent them the proof of payment from American Express they said they would look into it I ve heard nothing since I ve been charged twice for it and I can t fathom how you can be in business and have such terrible customer service particularly since the product is such an outstanding one My suggestion is buy this product and understand that you probably are not going to be able to fill a warranty request in a timely or professional manner without being aggravated If it breaks just buy a new one I m so disappointed I ve used this company for years But just horrible customer service

Awful customer service Delivery status went unanswered

It has been 3 weeks since I placed my order with Whitestone and I am still waiting to take receipt this is despite forking out premium for their rapid courier service for my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra Screen Protector Furthermore email and phone communications to Whitestone Dome have gone unanswered Sorry guys but this is no way to treat your customers For this I give you one star as quite frankly you have not honoured your side of the contract That said should I ever take receipt of my screen protector I shall be happy to submit another review
