Divided deliveries because it s too big for them to handle if you add on tissues or kitchen roll Be warned it will take longer for your order to arrive Plus you CANNOT get hold of these guys Leave a message in chat bot maybe perhaps you ll get an email Zero customer support Zero phone contact Highly likely to cancel subscription and move to competitor NakedSprout

Comes straight out if China I had the subscription had problems no phone number to ring Only contact found by googling information not available on webpage If you have any enquiries or complaints about your account including updating your personal information you can contact our customer service team by email alone Don t bother emailing as they don t reply No customer care no subscription I m not supporting China anymore

I have to say I am a little

I have to say I am a little disappointed this is my second box of 48 rolls the last one lasted about a year and the paper was a lovely thick quality wonderful no complaints at all I was expecting the same with this box but no the quality is sadly thin and very inferior to the lovely first box that I had I am not sure why you changed what was a lovely product but I have to say sadly I won t be ordering any more now

Product is LESS sustainable

Totally misleading product is the opposite of environmentally friendly Who gives a crap misleads people into thinking that bamboo loo roll is more sustainable when it s clearly not The product is made in China shipped around the world then individually delivered by van rather than being part of a weekly shop Contrast that with almost every other brand which makes loo roll from wood pulp from European regrowth forests

Utterly hopeless potentially new consumer experience Having spent too long attempting to get to a subscription page I attempt to sign up and check out Never been to your website ever before and it states my email address already exists It doesn t I go onto chat to attempt to resolve and all I get is the most frustrating chatbot unable to assist or transfer me to a human You may be B Corp give 50 of your profits to worthy causes but its all in vain if customers cannot buy you product Shocking experience

I have ordered the recycled toi et ro s and kitchen rolls before and I ve been happy with the quality The goods I received in December were of significantly reduced quality - especially the kitchen rolls I won t be ordering again

Far from amused with Who Gives A Crap

Far from amused with Who Gives A Crap who appear to conveniently have no phone number to contact them I have a personal and business subscription with them and when you need to make contact if something goes wrong - don t expect anything to happen quickly I have been charged for my personal subscription and have no idea where my order is other than it appears to have been sitting in a warehouse since the 29th November It s been 2 weeks now Couriers Please can only say it is delayed and there is no ETA WGAC says thanks for your patience and bear with us while we ask warehousing and wait for another 24-48 hours after having waiting days for them to respond in the first place

Thin flimsy not fit for purpose

My partner purchased a 48 roll pack of the recycled toilet paper which has been a disaster - I am looking forward to getting through it so we can buy a different brand The paper is extremely thin and tears easily It is difficult to break the paper off the roll so you end up with long useless shreds Even starting the roll off is a nightmare since the paper is so flimsy about 5 layers are wasted each time It is definitely not fit for purpose and I will certainly be avoiding it in the future

Overpriced and poor quality Ordered toilet rolls and boxes of tissues and they are both so thin and cheap it s really not worth it Yeah the packaging is nice but cheaper to get boxes of Kleenex that are soft and also Nicky toilet rolls are so much better quality and cheap in places like home bargains Cancelled my subscription straight away

Who gives a crap This company doesn t

After many months of enjoying these great products I was met with barriers when I wanted to make amendments to my subscription going round in circles online trying to verify my account and then there was no option to contact customer services again going round in circles a real shame as I was trying to add to my subscription
