Would really love to give a better review as the idea is marvellous but the actual toilet roll 100 recycled haven t tried the other is abysmal It tears vertically when you rip a piece off you need extra sheets for wiping properly sheets are smaller than standard and break easily can t dab wee away as it disintegrates

I loved this product Bamboo toilet rolls and have been purchasing for a while this last box is so sub-standard I have been in touch with Who Gives A Crap they were pretty good explaining that they are now using different suppliers to meet demand Sadly these new suppliers are not providing the quality I m sad to have cancelled my subscription given my previous fab experiences but the quality has gone I ve given two stars because the eco packaging was great I hope they sort this out otherwise I m sure others will find the same problems

I ve been a customer for a while the toilet paper is ok it leaves little bits everywhere but we carried on for the eco credentials One batch was horrible very yellow in colour but the next order was fine This order however had not arrived and my low star review is for the customer service not the product or the delivery company I own a retail company so hate leaving reviews based on the delivery as it s mainly out of the company s control My order simply hasn t arrived and I think I was given the wrong tracking number as my postcode doesn t match what Evri has in their system so I can t see the delivery info I ve had one email from WGAC in 30 hours saying looking into it Not good enough

This is for customer service satisfaction who seem to go by the name they don t give a crap There are standard answers and when you deviate from standard they can t cope They have my money so feel they don t need to respond to my email Still waiting for a reply Just rude

We never bothered with these as they were only sold in hige boxes but I saw a box of 9 or so in the supermarket the other day so took the opportunity The paper wraps are cute and decorative However I was surprised by the really cheap quality and feel of the paper itself It is 3-ply but the thinnest paper ever and it feels like the cheapest value brand Maybe they ve done the usual cost cutting exercise that any corporation does these days to save money but I thought the idea was you pay a normal price for eco-credentials and quality It doesn t work if there is no quality Won t be buying again

The sheets may be 3ply but they are thin The sheets are considerably smaller than other brands which is why you can get 400 sheets on a roll The toilet roll is ok but are expensive when averaging 1 a roll The product is a good idea but it needs to be comparable if not better in price and quality than other leading cheaper brands including supermarket own brands I really wanted to like these and use them but was voted down by family

Price wise this worked out better value than buying from the supermarket so I thought it worth a try The paper is very thin and disintegrates on contact with anything wet if you get my drift The paper is also manufactured in China so its done a few airmiles to get here so also not too sure of any eco credentials Nice idea but does not work for us so we will not be re ordering 28 08 2023 WGAC have resolved this matter to my satisfaction great customer service so 5 stars for that

I m a long-time customer and supporter of WGAC but am disappointed with my new order I ve been purchasing WGAC recycled toilet paper and tissues for our family household for over 5 years When my recent order arrived I went to replace one of the old empty rolls with one from my new order when I noticed the cardboard cylinder on the new roll was larger Ok larger cylinder usually means not as much paper on the roll right So I checked and was right WGAC went from 400 3-ply sheets to 385 2-ply sheets That s 36 less product for more since they ve raised the price Seriously In this current economy of high-priced-EVERYTHING I thought WGAC was a safe bet and good bang for my buck not to mention feeling good about supporting the environment and those without toilets It seems now WGAC s customers are the ones purchasing the toilets and literally paying for that feel-good with more for less product

I ordered 24 loo rolls at 28 They never arrived It was difficult to contact the courier by email or phone I contacted Who Gives a Crap who thanked me for reaching out to them and then apparently arranged for the loo rolls to go to the wrong address despite me telling them my address The courier had given the incorrect address which was fairly nearby so I walked and retrieved my parcel The product itself was very pretty but the loo roll consists of very small sheets of rather thin loo paper That would be okay but I don t need to pay 1 17 per loo roll for that kind of quality and it is much less hassle to buy it locally

We DETEST the branding but till now have ordered repeatedly because this is essentially an excellent product We collapse turn the cartons inside out on arrival so they re wasted NB as we won t reuse them given the product s crass name ANNOYING slogans We then remove as many labels as possible from packets The pathetic jokes are SO irritating we ve finally had enough are seeking an alternative brand for our next order WGAC your marketing line has simply had its time here What a pity
