I recently ordered 48 BAMBOO rolls and 12 boxes of tissues The delivery arrived quite late on Saturday evening and awaited us on the doorstep On cutting the straps that bound two boxes together I noticed some damage to the tissues box exposing some of the contents which were slightly misshapen On opening the big box I quickly noted that I d been supplied recycled not the bamboo rolls I d been charged for I raised a query with the online chat bot on Sunday and first thing Monday I received an email responding to my case I was given an immediate refund for the damaged tissues and assured that a box of bamboo rolls would reach me asap I was told I could keep the recycled loo rolls I ll donate them to a local charity I wouldn t hesitate to recommend WGAC not only for their excellent products but for their ethics and exemplary customer service

Wonderful service Our parcel was lost by the carrier and they sent me an entirely new box tout suite Thank you The loo roll is soft and the kids like it

First of all the premium paper is the best TP I ve ever used Second I love being able to buy a huge box have it come on time store it in the shed and have TP for over half a year Last but not least the joy of diminishing plastic consumption tree consumption and giving back to people through WGAC by providing better sanitary facilities makes my purchase worth much more than the product itself WGAC is one of my favorite products

Amazing toilet roll fantastic company I bought my first box roughly 9 months ago and just received my 2nd box I was allowed to delay the delivery twice on my 2nd box as my first box lasted MUCH longer than I had anticipated One box lasted a family of 4 9 months not only has it saved us lots of money it feels good that we are helping the planet

Despite it being close to Christmas my box arrived within 3 days of order We were just about to unwrap an emergency gold wrapped roll I appreciate this warning system But I am jealous of the Christmas wrapping that my daughter-in-law had on her regular order - it certainly brightened the bathroom
