It took a little while to get the order

It took a little while to get the order after a few mis deliveries EVRI are a poor delivery service Toilet rolls are good Why not print a cut-out to do list on the paper packaging This would be useful and encourage use of something that gets chucked straight into the recycling

It s my fourth box

I have received my fourth box of bamboo toilet paper I have been always very happy with the quality until my last order The toilet paper seems much finer now and not as strong as before It s a shame I really hope the company will do their best to sort that out for our future orders

We have been customers for 5 years and

We have been customers for 5 years and it started great Best loo rolls and longest kitchens rolls at the best prices and over time the price has gone up which is understandable but recently the sheet size of the kitchen rolls has reduced but the sheet number has stayed the same ie less for the same price and that felt sneaky so we are looking to move away at some point soon

Bought the recycled toilet and kitchen paper which

Bought the recycled toilet paper which we are still using up so I haven t quite made up my mind about it yet even though we are using more at a time than usual What I am disappointed with is the kitchen paper which I received today It is similar to the cheapest supermarket kitchen rolls you can buy and we are having to use about 3 pieces at a time which is going to be false economy compared to what I have been buying which is much thicker So we ll use it up and then I won t bother buying any more

Love everything about the company but

Love everything about the company the ethos the wrapping but I honestly cannot deal with the quality of the recyled paper and I have been working through 48 of them It breaks apart very easily with any moisture even blowing your nose leaves bits of tissue everywhere Would like to try the premium but not sure how much better it will be

Disappointed

Based on the marketing I was hoping this would be enough better than the supermarket own brand recycled to justify paying almost twice the price Sadly not It s softer but it s no stronger - falls apart on contact with moisture Admittedly this is only the first two rolls but they were the same as each other Can t really avoid getting toilet paper wet I received a review request We re fishing for compliments quite soon after the paper arrived On the other hand it arrived with no problems and Customer Service have been helpful But I ve still cancelled the subscription Don t want to pay for any more of this

It was a 5 but they changed the manufacture of the rolls they now feel a bit thinner microns and the perforations give way more easily It s a poorer product as a result and unfortunately for the premium rolls feels more like a cheap recycled paper roll I d have preferred it if they d increased the price if that was why the did it

My recent delivery was the second time

My recent delivery was the second time my order has got lost in transit To be fair you have quickly replaced it both times but I do get fed up with expecting its arrival and it doesn t turn up My other small grouse is the individual wrapping which I find rather a nuisance I don t really hold with the hygiene claim I do however congratulate your company on the toilet-building policy

Change of manufacturer

Been ordering your toilet paper for some time but our latest consignment though actioned and received as efficiently as usual is found to be of different quality to what you normally send The paper feels harder and not so soft it is regularly reluctant to tear at the perforation causing it to rip across the sheet and the dual thickness is forever separating Maybe a minor thing but the pressed pattern is also not the same Overall not the friendly loo paper we ve been used to A change of manufacturer

Recycled toilet paper

I made a significant mistake in buying 48 rolls of this recycled toilet paper We ve used other brands of recycled toilet paper before and they were always strong and of good quality However the quality of WGAC paper is terrible very fragile and bits of it stick to the skin after use This is very disappointing and I wish we could return it Edit The customer service contacted me and asked about the issue Also offered to send a more durable bamboo toilet paper free of charge but I did not accept it as that would definitely be too much of toilet paper in my closet I added one star for a satisfying customer service
