So yet again another product claiming to be environmentally friendly yet its flown all over the world and delivered by couriers to the door reading some reviews and replies main thing been its thin paper so you use more its advertised as 48 rolls 12 months in what world is that imagined your replies to some about environment issues are we are new company and working on issues but yet some reviews state using for 10 years i smell alot of poo poo in these reviews prob made up from fake accounts and anyone with any sound mind is thinking the same id rather buy recycled paper from my local store and support my local business and not someone in a sweat shop in china then again everything is sourced from china so its all the same really wake up world its not environmentally friendly just like our avocado industries Thank me later peepsMuch love from Ireland

Product broke up easily was wrapped in plastic thin sheets and hard on the bum They claim to be selling as a high quality sustainable product claiming profit share with water charities Recycling uses chemicals putting chemicals in the water system and 50 of zero profits 0 Companies House UK Looks like this product is sold on emotion with questionable sustainable credentials from an Australian Company with a very appropriate name

Have spent nearly 50 on an order they haven t sent it and haven t responded to my emails Can t get a refund either Disgraceful service

Bought this because of other reviews believe in the ethos of the company but am disappointed with the product The recycled paper just shreds as you wipe and gets caught up in your public hair I have bought a huge box of the stuff and can t wait to get through it The bamboo stuff might be better but am not prepared to buy it unless I get a sample first

Poor quality product disintegrates as you wipe unfortunately I m gutted because I like the ethos so thought I would try this But I am reluctantly returning to my previous brand and now have a huge box of toilet roll that s pretty useless

I ordered 24 packI paid more then you would in the supermarket thinking they would be good quality but sadly they fall apart in your hands I have now had to stick up in the supermarket They are soft but sadly not strong enough I have now cancelled my subscriptionMy guess returning will be expensive and hard

I m disappointed at the quality of the product I was drawn to the ethos hence pledging to stop buying Tesco home brand toilet rolls which is they re actually better in comparison It s 2ply sheet and having used to good quality of Tesco soft quilted rolls this is the opposite experience Won t buy these again in future I clearly give a crap

I sent 3 emails to support to say that a discount code is not working and they seem incapable of providing a resolution Anyone might think their discount codes are just a lure but I know the code worked first time Unfortunately I had to change my order before completion and it wouldn t accept it after that I made this very clear in my emails yet there was not a single sensible suggestion or alternative code forthcoming so now I have replied that I am giving up and must conclude that it is not worth waiting for a sensible response 4th time round What unseeing fools they are to squander a possible subscription

Dreadful customer service nobody gets back to you no phone number Delivery arrived and just dumped at a random location Proof of delivery is nowhere I recognize Appreciate the delivery issues may be more to do with the courier BUT it shouldn t have been delivered at the weekend and no one repling at Who Gives a Crap isn t They basically don t give a crap
