Just not good toilet paper

It s so bad disintegrates at the faintest hint of moisture It s a shame as they seem to do a lot of stuff right but the jazzy packaging doesn t make up for toilet paper that is just s t Not to go in to to much detail but let s just say you ll be walking around with bits of it on you all day

The need to give more of a crap about the actual quality

The quality has declined markedly unfortunately and I ve decided to stop buying It s got a sort of municipal feel to it with an embossed dotted pattern that you find on all the worst paper but more importantly it delaminates so you re frequently left with single bits of ply stuck to well you know Gross Not just one batch either Nope it s back to Andrex for me and it s a revelation - soft and stays intact plus really it s no more expensive to be honest I think WGAC are trying a bit of shrinkflation on us and it s going to backfire in the long run

Quality changed so much

I had been ordering their TP for my last company since 2019 and later myself from 2021 I want to do my part for the environment but recently in 2023 their quality changed I forgot to change my subscription and got the TP order in Jun 2023 After comparing my 2022 order with the 2023 the quality of their TP went downhill Differences between old and new Tube of the TP -at least 7cm bigger nowRoll of TP - relatively same sizePaper Quality - worse - used to roll up tightly and now loosely Can t use the last few pieces due to it being thinner and break when you try to tear out from roll Wrap of the toilet paper not that it matter much - significantly thinner Price 48 vs 49 6 not much different for subscription but 62 if not subscribed With it being worse quality bigger tube loosely pack TP you are paying more for less and worse quality Although I still like their concept and what they represent but not sure if I want to continue order anymore

Such poor quality

Great ethos but the toilet paper is such poor quality We were recommended this product by family who love it for the colourful packaging and humourous name Sadly it s useless - falls apart during use A few other reviews have complained about this and WGAC respond by saying it s the difference between sustainable and virgin fibres but sorry this isn t true Their paper or at least the batch we ve had is just bad We ve been buying various brands of recycled bamboo plastic-free toilet paper for years They ve all been fine This is the most expensive and the poorest quality Really surprising when we finally tried them

Frustrating

One package didn t arrive at either the intended address or mine I don t know which package it was because two people didn t receive a package and only one showed up at my house When I emailed asking about it the reply was that the package had been delivered to my address Being as I know it hadn t this wasn t a satisfactory response Nobody at WGAC has done anything about the wholesale discount that I can tell Of course I could be wrong about getting a discount for ordering 600 worth of stuff

I am a bit disappointed as my box with

I am a bit disappointed as my box with 24 rolls came with only 2 designsI was expecting what was advertised which was 4 designs

The sheets are smaller than others

The sheets are smaller than others they are also thinner So you end up using more Should be renamed - What a load of crap

Flawed products

PROS Doing something for the environmentCONS The tissues are hard to pull out of their box There s a problem with the dispensing design which makes it very difficult for my aged father to take a tissue and he asked me not to order them again On the flip side the toilet paper is too quick to tear meaning you pull on the roll and the piece you are holding tears off before you can pull the length you actually want The paper itself being so thin also adds to this problem OVERALL When I pay a premium to help the environment I expect to have the basics of the products figured out Instead I paid more for extra problems and less effectiveness Sadly I won t be re-ordering

Environmentally but not labia friendly

Really wanted to buy this product as it s doing something for the environment and I want to do what I can where I can As a family of 5 with me the only female I got the pack of 48 but honestly I can t wait to get through it It s defiantly geared towards men who don t mind if it gets bitty on impact with their bum but for women it just peels aways and you end up only really feeling clean again after a shower I want toilet paper to remain intact on wiping till it hits toilet water Also the claims of it having so many pieces per roll They are a lot smaller than the knows supermarket brands and half the thickness so you definitely use more I don t often give poor reviews it was nice to try but I think I ll be sticking with cushell

Dissatisfied

They delivered faster than expected However this toilet paper is fairly expensive and you buy it hoping you re doing your bit for the environment but you re not doing your bit for your bum For it being touted as premium toilet paper I would ve expected better The three-ply is extremely thin and I get the feeling they sell it in 48-roll sizes because they don t expect repeat custom I will be sticking to cheeky panda from now on they re blissful for your bottom
