As Whoppah clearly mentions a deal is a deal So when I never got paid they said yes a deal is a deal but we can t force them to pay so no deal and good luck basically Terrible way of advertising and letting the buyer off easily when we clearly had a deal

Poor customer service difficult to contact

Congratulations Whoppah with your growth and good selection of articles on the website The site looks attractive and is easy to browse I bought a table paid and a date for delivery was easily scheduled reminders about the delivery date came quickly and regularly Delivery is not very cheap though But then the problems started The day before delivery the track trace code was not sent I tried to contact Whoppah via several ways Whatsapp e-mail is apparently slow in answering the customer service is not available on the phone only with a happy automated message stating that we are extremely happy with the growth of our company but we don t have capacity to answer you personally right now That s the problem Whoppah sells articles in a price category that would make you expect a good customer service in any case after sales Unfortunately my experience has been very poor Order ID XONFGRL7Z

Customer service not available on the phone by email and by WhatsApp No support my product arrived 250 euros a lamp packed with trash and it is not authentic No reply from support but luckily the seller is responsive I bid by mistake on an 2 items impossible to remove the bid how come I am trying to find a solution with the seller who understands the mistake The customer service does not reply to remove my bid it is really a pity as the concept is interesting but really hard to work with the company who apparently does not care about the sellers and buyers HELP Please help Please respond to my requests and remove the bids which are not helping sellers to sell their items

After some really poor communication with your staff and no notification from the shipping company we found our chair in our garage yesterday afternoon We are glad we bought the chair the seller was helpful and eager Whoppah on the other hand did not help us and only sent us misleading or standard text messages and we had to wait weeks without knowing what was really happening So I will not give you a good rating on Trustpilot - your service is lousy We really wish for an improvement because the idea and the platform to trade used furniture is great
